Hi with great dreams, i purchased an apartment in tatavalue homes santorini in chennai. From the day of purchase, i really get very poor customer support from your team. None of my queries are answered over email. I need to send reminder over reminder. Thru' phone i could not reach my customer care representative ms. Sujatha. I am clueless and really thinking why i invested in tata. As i had great admirations for tata and your customer care is so pathetic and i am really frustrated. Vijayachandran.
