I had booked a flat T1B-2301 in this project & made the required payments. Tata Housing is refusing to mention the TOTAL CARPET AREA of the flat in the agreement. They are only giving bifurcated figures which does not make sense. Apparently the carpet area of the flat IS MUCH LESSER than that indicated by them in their documents / on their site.
