Tata Value homes have come out with a project in Noida Sector 150 by the style Destination 150 Noida. However the payment they are asking is in the name of Landkart Builders P ltd. We are unable to understand this. What is the relationship between the two companies.

We are interested in this project as it carried TATA name but now we are not too sure. Pl guide
