[Resolved] Tata Value Homes — extremely poor response | |||
Hi my name is prasanna. I have booked a flat in tvhl mambakkam, chennai. I am currently residing outside india. I am trying to contact tvhl regarding the following; 1. Registration process - fees associated with it. 2. 2% discount promised at the time of booking - as i am a tata employee. However, upon repetitive emails and calls to tvhl, there is no proper response. Initially i received an email stating to contact mrs. Sripadmini seshadri. After repetitive calls and e-mails (For which there was no response despite escalating to tata housing customer care e-mails), i was informed she was on sick leave and was asked to contact ms. Harpreet. After discussing with her regarding the above points, she acknowledged (After 10 days) and she asked me to contact mr. Manigandan. Finally, after speaking to manigandan, i was asked to speak to mr. Yogesh. (Who had the audacity to be rude and neglected my queries about my payment). I would like to know, does tvhl have anyone capable of answering the queries put forth? I have been making about 100 isd calls and sent repetive e-mails and now they are not picking up my calls looking at my number. I am traveling to india on 25 th june 2018 without any clue of how to go forward with the registration. There is no one to guide us properly through the process. Moreover, i am being charged interest, because tvhl’s incapable employees are not able to give me my original outstanding amount to be paid. Now please tell me what am i supposed to do? this is not for the flat, the apartment is very good . but the response from one lady named GOMATHI in TATA santorini chennai is very bad, no proper response at all, she wont pick the call or reply for the massage, from two months she is not able to put my name in my block. if it goes like this sure will never refer anybody to buy a flat here,
