Tata Indicom — landline not working since last 3 months | |||
My landline number is[protected]. Since last 3 months the landline is not working. The complaint has been raised many times yet no response from tata indicom. There used to be tata indicom office in alankar complex in vijayawada, but it is removed now. There is a note to contact a third part vendor and we have been providing our complaints to the vendor and we are paying monthly bill as well. We would like to disconnect our tata indicom connection and get the refund for last 3 months. Please help me on this. We need to send cancellation email through our registered email id to [protected]@tatatelbroadband.com along with below details: Phone Number Account Number Account Holder Name/ Company Name Billing/ Installation Address Current Bill Plan Post receiving request, outgoing services and billing would be stopped on 4th day. On 7th day, number will go under temporary suspension and disconnection would happen on 15th day.
