[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — No action taken for internet not working complaint

We have Tata Indicom's broadband service installed at our flat. We have submitted one complaint to Tata Indicom broadband services that our Internet is not working. The complaint was registered on 6th August 2014. From that day onwards whenever we call the customer care they promise that problem will be solved in next 24 hours but no one comes to our place and problem still persists. We are unable to do many things because o[censored]navailability of Internet. Please take proper action against them as its almost 7 days and they did not provide a solution to our problems.

This issue was resolved right after I made a complaint here on forum. Looks like they work only after taking such actions.
