Hello Sir,
Yesterday (1st July) I was able to make a successful recharge of Rs.252 on the Tata Indicom Mobile No [protected]. I have got the message on my mobile as successful recharge, and the amount was of course been debited from the source.
However, just in a few moments, I could see all this balance deducted from my mobile, and even my main balance also deducted.
I then called up at Customer Care today morning, but the representative told me that Rs.252 is not a valid amount for any of their schemes. I asked that in that case, why is the recharge successful, and instead the money not refunded? He said that now nothing can be done.
