When it comes to treatment though it is among the renowned cancer hospitals but their customer service is absurdly poor and to an extent unimaginable. The customer service personnel's at various departments and the appointment desk possesses an attitude that can even surpass the doctors and nurses '.
They converse absolutely rude and disrespectfully to their customers which is extremely undesirable from a hospital as big as tmc. Even the appointments given is just a number they keep you waiting unless they gulp in your entire day draining your time & wasting your energy. They don't even bothera about the patients health condition, irrespective of their health status they even drain the patients.
