My late brother and family had traveled from jamshedpur to get a better and satisfactory treatment at this center. The customer services was extremely poor and pathetic. I had traveled from us to see my brother and to check his treatment options but it was a horrible experience for me dealing with doctors and other staffs. There was no proper system and nobody cares about your feelings. The customer services personnel's including some doctors were very rude and it seems they do not have a proper education and training on how to behave and deal with the patient and their family members. They speak very rudely and disrespectfully to the patients and their families. Considering the fact that it's the patients who are suffering from serious illness like cancer and that they are spending their everything in hopes for a better treatment. They treat the patients as if they are obliging them or treating them for free of cost. Instead it is the expensive hospital.
I have not seen any complaint system or office of the director medical services (Dms). I request tmc management to look into it seriously and try to focus on the area and improve the services. Also provide better training to the doctors and staff's about how to deal with the patient and their family members, specially to the patient who suffers from any dreadful disease.
