Tata Medical Center — Very poor service

Tata medical center (Kolkata) is on a huge area now with two phases.
IN my case they are sending patient back-to-back in separate sections for testing and did not even give report directly to patient, even not bother to give a print copy only doctors can give that after checkup . In case of MRI CT scan they gave no plates. They did biopsy again with money around 6k which was already done before in another laboratory just for confirmation?!.
Reception and security behavior very rude and unfriendly. receptionist will not talk to you a single word without token and security will not allow to enter more than one patient party with them in OPD.
many counters with poor line management and worst time management system ever.
Your almost entire day can be gone in a single visit and it will seem like a chain of procedures with them with no punctuality or friendly cooperation.
