I am visiting Tata Memorial Hospital for more than six months now, and I am now very sad while writing this complain, because myself being grown up in a family where my father worked for Tata Group.
I do understand the mass visiting Tata Memorial Hospital for a treatment and hence it becomes difficult to handle such large number of patients. But still the doctors who are practicing in TMH are not at all bothered about time the patient put to visit TMH for treatment. Even the Nurses, specially AAYAS who are working in TMH are least bothered about patient times.
Each and every point of time we need to take appointments, which I do agree to be taken to visit TMH for treatment. So even though the appointment is scheduled for 8:30 am in morning for which we do reach TMH along with patient at 7:00 am in morning to have the token early. Doctors (practicing) do show up at 9:30 am, then the question is why we are allotted time of 8:30 am then.
We are said to visit again at 1:30 pm on the same day for follow up as the practicing doctors had to discuss with Senior Doctors about the case. Even after showing up at 1:15 pm we are entertained at 6:00 pm. A point to highlight is that Practicing doctors are going on lunch at 1:30 pm, then the question is why are we said to come back again at 1:30 pm.
Is patient so least important to be entertained on time. Why are we being ignored. Even the case is not properly studied, no doctor is in sync as in what needs to be done further. Even my patient operation was not done correctly, this show how Doctors are not in sync with each other.
I do have respect for TATA GROUP but the peoples who are working over here are making it hell. Was this information helpful? |
