Tata Motors — 1 has wiring problem and other has engine problem | |||
Sir i am from abohar i have bought 2 tata zip in 2017 and hav paid double the price on its maintenance from dada motors abohar punjab. They wanted us to exchange the parts from the vehicle according to the fault as, 1 has wiring problem and other has engine problem but we refused and the got us waiting and waiting as our work is non-stop in this corona stress i have told them to satusfy the needs of our vehicle but they are not interested in doing our work they are just making big big bills for us to pay and they have got zero coustomer satisfactiin and poor labour work and mechanis. Now, resolving the problem is not an issue i want to know how they have charged so much money to us as we are their trusted coustomer. We have bought many vehicles but this time they just made us cry to hell. I dont understand the thing that they still have our vehicle and it is with them for like 15-20 days now i need an answere that what is making them to make us wait for such a long period our work is delaying and the workers which we give pay to are sitting and just watching this vehicle to get started and in a good health. I am suffering the loss. Tell them to take their vehicles back or give us free maintenance and free vehicle service at this billing time. Was this information helpful? | |||
