[Resolved] Tata Motors — about the refund from the car dealer | |||
The car which was booked on 07/03/2020 by mr. Parmeshwar gujar with a net payment of ₹12000 (Booking amt -10000 and Temporary passing amt-2000) (Receipt wasn't issued by the borrower bhausaheb shivaji shinde) and Online transaction of ₹ 835290 By state bank of india, branch - parli vaijnath. The car which was booked on that day wasn't the same as booked, (Colour was different). So the amount was submitted but car which was issued wasn't the same one. So we have cancelled the car on date 09/03/2020. So the dealer is supposed to refund all the issued money.
