respected sir/madam, 1. I bought tata indigo ecs lx car on dated 21/05/2014 from tata cargo motor nawanshahr punjab, with old car exchange offer. 2. I gave Rs 5000 in advance and Rs 5, 70, 000 by cheque, ] 3. My deal done in Rs 5, 20, 000 with dealer sh shekhar from tata cargo motor nawanshahr punjab, 4. I paid total amount Rs. 5, 75, 000. 5. But my advanced Rs 5, 000 not giving me back. 6.
