Please donot treat it as complaint but a feedback for improvement. Car No CH 01 AS 0609 handed over to Panchkula Automobiles on 08/05/2017. There was a claim also. It was handed over back on 14/05/2017 after almost a lot of argument on 12/05/2017. On 12/05/2017 I told Mr. Amit and Mr.Lalit that I can not wait any more an want my car back on 14/05, in what ever condition it is. Both your executives promised over mobile that you will get back your car on 14/05/2017. On 14/05 upto 3.30 pm there was no communication from your dealer about the delivery. To make the things worse when I personally went at about 4pm, Mr. Lalit started passing on instructions for washing the vehicle. You will appreciate in spite of follow up your dealer not even cared to wash the vehicle even after 6 days. When I asked Mr. Lalit to deduct washing charges from the bill, he replied that car washing is complimentary and nothing can be deducted from the bill. Then Mr. Lalit passed on the instructions to vacuum clean the car. I was made to wait almost for 45 minutes for this work and when finally it was over, I was surprised to check that even vacuum was not properly done it took another 20 minutes to complete vacuum cleaning. No one from the service officials bothered to check the car before handing it over to me.
Most disturbing part, when I handed over my car for service meter reading was 52675 and when delivery was given it was 52690, meaning there by my car was taken out of the dealer premises without my permission. When I asked Mr. Lalit about this, he replied that he will call me back, and I am still waiting for his call.
I was charged Rs.1500/- for insurance claim and when I asked for the receipt, I was told that account people are not in the office so you will get the receipt on next visit.

This all happened in TATA MOTOR dealer where your CRM is also appointed.

    We've bought new tata indica v2 lx - mh 48 f 3498 diesel. October 2016. We really dissatisfied with this purchase. I purchase only business purpose but car not given business only maintenance work. Many time servicing in concord motor but problem not solved. This car is warranty kindly replace this model / car plssssss. This is our request & not complaint. We're still waiting for that. If no response for our request, then we can't recommend tate reach to anyone, b'coz that bad impression is still murmuring our hearts.

      You have given wide publicity through dailies, brochures etc., mis representing that your vehicle tiago will cover 23.8 km mileage per liter petrol. Basing on your publicity having mis carried by your luring terms i purchased one tata tiago –xz, 1.2 – rtnbsiv version car bearing chassis no: mat 626281gkd11633, engine no: revtrno2dtyk05592 and regd no: ap03 bv 5132 and put in to use from the date of purchase i. E., on 27.05.2016. It is pain full to note that within a couple of days my experience proved futile and did not bare foot as it covered only a meager distance of 12-14 km per liter as against the assured 23.8 km per liter falsely published in the dailies and leaflets.
      I have approached your good self several times with a request to rectify the defect in the engine (To customer care also) but all the time you are giving evasive replies showing dilatory tactics. As a culmination of which i am subjected not only humiliation but also unbearable pecuniary hardship.
      You did not evince any zeal or inclination to rectify the defect and revealing callous irresponsible and impertinent attitude. Having no other go i am compelled and impelled to give this notice that if you fail either to rectify within couple of days or to replace the engine by a another one in my presence, i will be constrained to claim damages along with the expenses from your person and firm conjointly.

          I have bought tata zest XT petrol on 8th Oct 2016. Just after 10 days front right tyre air inlet nozzle was found leaking when I went for air pressure check. I had changed that one. Then I took my car to sagar motor, Noida from I bought car. There service manager had not listened to me and said it could be happen due to many reason and it is your fault.

          After this I again visited to this show room and requested Service GM to look into this.On that time also they said me to contact Bridgestone tyre shopee.

          Another issue for that I took my car three times to showroom is noise from roof.
          Last time after there servicing I am feeling more noise from roof and from body also.
          Overall I visited 3 times to showroom called many times and also received call for the feedback. I used to ask to share my complain no but except last time they never shared me that one also.
          In conclusion I feel the service of tata motors specially SAGAR MOTOR is very poor they do not listen voice of customer.
          Dear sir, we are send the agian complaint for my vechicle battery problem.
          your customer care no are not reachable. in this matter sir plz take action immedaitely.plz sir we request the agin in this matter take action

            Hi team,

            I have recently bought tata tiago petrol (Xza) just 20 days back (29-apr-2017) from tayal motors (Faridabad, haryana). Car was delivered on promised date and sales adviser were good. I just drove my new car from tata showroom to home and find issue with ac. Initially i thought i am missing something as a car new to me but later i find my car ac was tripping again and again. Next day i bring my car to same showroom service center.

            Service adviser check the car and said issue with ac filter and he clean the filter and checked the car ac. He checked for few minutes it worked fine and he said issue fixed. I was on the way back to my home again i faced the same issue.ac stopped working. After then i went two more times sunday and friday but till now my car ac issue is still not resolved.

            I had been there three times within 20 days of purcahse and wasted my time, petrol, trust on tata but my issue still not resolved. I don't think tayal motor (Faridabad) service guys and general manager really understand the issue. They just tried few things left and right and said we fixed the issue.

            I want someone from tata motors look into the issue and help me to fix this issue. I am really harassed and not sure how much time and petrol i have to waste to get this issue fixed.
            Same here, my ac is all sound and noise with no cool air. I've visited tidim motors, Imphal on my holiday day( tight schedule), I was told the AC man is out of station. Some excuses from Tata side always happens every time I go for servicing, like the part to be changed is not available, etc etc.

              Horrible experience with concord dairy circle.. I have given my car on 17th may 2017 for some scratch removing and today I was suppose to collect my car.. I went in evening 6 o clock and paid bill.. than I saw that there are some new small scratches on car right and a very big scratch on left side mirror and from front door till end and 2 dents. The manager named Chandra shekhar tried to convince me that they are from. Before and he tried to force me to take car delivery, I spoke to service boy that this scratch was there or not he couldn't say anything because I was right. Highly unprofessional and liers they are, cheater don't have even ethics to deal with customers. Really very bad.. felt mentally torched today. Really bad. Please don't go there.specifically that person Chandra shekhar. I am really fed up with Tata services

                Car Breakdown again and again from last 6 months.(21 months old car)

                Points to Know

                1. Car Model-2015 Indica Company Fitted CNG

                2. On 2nd Day of car purchased petrol to cng conversion issue continues till now still same problem is going on.

                3. From Dec, 2016 onwards an issue of car breakdown is continue to be happen within 5 to 25 days after car breakdown issue rectification or servicing

                ​4. All the times the service advisor changed fuel filter, tank cleanup and fresh fueling.

                5. From last 6 months i visited 6 times at authorised tata service center at gurgaon arya motors for problem rectification all the times same procedure done by advisor fuel cleanup still not get proper solution

                6. Almost my car was 21 months old before six month i fueled my car at same petrol pump or anywhere, this problem of car breakdown never happen to my car. Always it takes 1 cranking to start earlier. Now this time my car takes 4-10 crank for starting after 2 or 4th days of car servicing or ​breakdown issue solution.

                7. After 15 to 20 days of servicing my car always takes more than 15 times of cranking to start or either it was breakdown

                8. I don't know the exact reason behind this but from tata motors I need a proper solution from your top car expert technical engg. ASAP

                9. I am not thinking that there is any issue on petrol because once i received the rejected fuel from service center i used on my different car who runs only on petrol or bike and works well.

                10. If petrol is faulty then i am not the single user who fueled my car from that petrol pump there are lacs of people who fueled their cars on same petrol pump. Or even i can't check all the petrol pump fuel or changed all petrol pumps.All follow the same guidelines from starting to till now for car caring or maintenance

                11. Whenever my car attended at service station from problem rectification it always takes more than 3-5 days for temporary solution.

                12. All tata authorised service engg. or advisors are failed to solve this issue finally i raised a complain through mail to tata motors for solution

                    I show Ad in Mumbai mirror on 16th May about Tata Tiago. In the new paper price is 3.24 Lakh ex showroom dehli. So I asked Mumbai dealer to give me base rate of car in Mumbai. I asked him very basic model but he is giving me price very much higher without any bifurcation. I am really upset Tata company is giving ad in Mumbai they should atleast provide Mumbai price. Dealers are charging extraordinary . They are not providing real cost of each and every aspect.

                        I booked a tata tigor oz (Expression brown) with a booking amount of rupees 3000 at pragati motors at golaghat, assam a few days ago. About a week ago, one of the executives from that dealer informed me that the car is reaching golaghat in a few days. But yesterday another official reports me the fact that, the colour i chose is not available and may take another month or more for delivery, so he offered me the colour *copper dazzle*???. It has already been 20-25 days crossed. What i think is that the car i booked has been sold to another customer and they are taking extra more time to stick me the horrible colour which i don't prefer. So please return me the money that i paid for the booking and i will never go for tata again. I think they are playing with me.

                        One of the executives Mr. Bhaskar from pragati motors of golaghat called me and sought apology for the mishap, and another person, Mr Nabajyoti Boruah offered me the top model of the car in same colour which I wanted and he assured me an earlier delivery of the same. I believe, this time they will keep their words as per their commitment.

                          On 2o April 2017 My car started Heating up. So I called the emergency contact number on the sticker on the windshield of my car. I got prompt response from Concorde Motors, Which is a Franchise of Tata Motors. They opened up the car (Nano: All the machinery is under the back seat). Checked for the cause and said the Coolant is exhausted. They were not carrying coolant (this happened on a roadside at Worli) and the mechanic Filled water instead and said everything is fine but try and fill coolant as soon as possible. I took the car straight to my home in Kandivali and my son then took the car to the nearby Wasan Motors where I have been getting my car serviced and repaired for years. There was no space to take the car into the workshop so he parked behind the last car in the lineup, just outside the workshop. After 10 minutes someone came over and asked for car keys as they wanted to move the car in. And 5 minutes later they came back in and told my son that the central locking system is acting funny and will have to be changed. It was past 6 pm at that time. They said they would give estimate next dat. The next day they called and said there was a leakage in the coolant system which will cost 4000 plus and the central locking will cost 1900 plus. My son told them not to bother with central locking just fix the leakage.

                          Now my question is. Was that Mechanic from Concorde Motors complete ignoramus?. Or was there some funny business going on in Wasan motors? Miraculously the central locking system has been behaving as normal when we took delivery of the car. Just like it was before we gave the car to the wasan motors guys. Something smells rotten and it is not my car.

                          I got an email from one of the executive managers who said that they were willing to fix the central locking system for free. I took them up on the offer and went to the wasan motors workshop. Showed them the email and they did the job without charging me a single penny. Although there wa a slight hiccup when I wen to the cashier for out pass he refused to release the car until he re confirmed with the manager whether he should let the car go without any payment. But it all got sorted out. So guess Tata Motors cracked a whip or the wasan motors management realized they needed repeat clients. Cheers all Merry Christmas and Happy 2018 to all

                          Further to the above complaint I called up Tata Motors complaint number on the 22 of April 2017 and told them what had happened. The person on the phone said someone would call me in 2 days (48hours) Till date I have not received a call back. on 4th of May 2017 I complained about the above complaint of 22april2017. No call back yet.

                          Today I called again and demanded that some one call me. I got a mobile number of a customer relationship manager. It seems the customer relationship manager is not required to call the "customer" The Customer has to call and beg for her attention. She was pretty blunt and not at all customer relationship manager material. At least the companies where I have worked would frown on such behaviour. I told her I am going to lodge a complaint about the conversation I had with her. I did that. I got a call from someone else within minutes. He tried his best to brow beat me down. He told me he spoke to my son. ( HE failed to mention that my son told him to talk to me directly. I checked with my son and he confirmed he got a call and told them to contact me)

                          I told him what I thought about the sudden unexplained leakage and central locking system going haywire in their workshop and coming back to normal once it leaves their premises. He said it is a mechanical thing anything can happen. ( Yeah like some one can hold and strong magnet close to the central locking system and make it jump around. That is purely my opinion and I have nothing to back it up. But as a conspiracy theory does it not strike you as possible?)

                          By the way I am still waiting for someone from TATA MOTORS to actually come down from their High pedestals and contact me regarding my numerous complaints.

                          Caveat Emptor is their policy. ( Customer Beware.)

                          Ah. Here I am back on July 2017. I am unpleasantly surprised to see that someone has marked my complaint as resolved. HMMMM. How did that happen.

                          Well just for information of everyone interested in this saga no one from Tata Motors has bothered to call.

                          I got a email from someone(forgot his name) from Wasan Motors asking me to call him so that he can sort the situation out. It seems they are not allowed to call customers and waste money on their useless? complaints. Well this tell us where the customer stands and what his value is in front of Tata Motors and Wasan Motors.

                          I am quoting something I read somewhere. "" It would be pretty difficult to run this car making business without customers"" Henry Ford of Ford motors.

                          I guess Tata Motors has found a formula where customers come last. The executives and managers and customer relationship manager ( who would never get a job in any of the companies I worked for) all come first. The poor customer stands outside the door begging for attention.

                          I trust I have said all I wanted to say.

                          Beware customers. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Remember?

                            I, augustine tharappel have done the full payment for a tata tiago petrol amt at kumaran automobiles, nagercoil on 4th april after they informed that the car is out for delivery.
                            Till today (8th may), the car has not been delivered as it is pending for registration at rto. The reason they say is that the tamilnadu transport commissioner has not approved the new amt design and hence car cannot be driven on road.
                            My grievance is that if the car has not been approved by the government in tamilnadu, why did tata motors take full payment from me. The emi and insurance for more than a month is wasted. Also the warranty is wasted for a month. Hence i would like tata motors to cancel the invoice and to refund me the invoice value and the insurance amount which cannot be cancelled.
                            The same concern has been escalated to tata motors by email and still i haven't got a response after 2 to 3 days from them.

                              Inviting kind reference to the subject i have to say you that i purchased indigo (Ecs-lx) sedan type in the year 20. The vehicle has covered the total distance of 27, 000km only during the years and during the period we have being facing troubles due to successive defects in the said vehicle. We are being compelled to rectify the defects in the nearest workshop of guinee motors situated at patliputra industrial area, patna. Our complain can be verified and co-related through the details and inventory of the said workshop. This is for your kind consideration and immediate action please.

                                Sir, I have purchased a new TATA Tiago XE deisel car on[protected] in my wife's name Smt. Parul Chauhan, who is Govt. teacher in Agra dist. I purchased car from Siyaram Motors Agra but said dealer not give me extra offers of rs7000/- which published in news papers approx 10 days before of purchase. I said to dealer and your sales executive lot of time but they denied about said advertisement, while in said advertisement it clearly mentioned that rs7000 extra offers for govt. employee and dealer names Ashok Auto Sales, Siyaram Motors and Nawal motors also printed.

                                So please consider my request and provide me discount of rs7000/- ASAP.

                                  We have booked the car from jaika motors put Ltd last week and we found that the price difference between jaika motors chandrapur and Mac motors yawatmal is near about 40000 so we have canceled our booking but they are not giving our token amount ie 5000 and Manger of jaika motor is very unpolite.
                                  And one thing they are selling their car by their comfortable amount not by companies comfortable amount.
                                  I told that I m g9ing to complaint about they said go on.

                                      We have purchase above truck from you. From starting battery is troubling a complaint was lodged. You sent at battery dealer gov ind marg near ganesh circle. He charged the battery instead of replacing it, problem not solved. Again battery started trouble. Again approached to govind marg distributor. He again charged the battery and hand our us. Now battery is again troubling truck is not starting.
