This is Muthuraj from Chennai. I have booked Tata Tiago XZ petrol version on 04/06/16 through Concorde Ambattur. I was requesting for delivery by 30/06/16 for my spouse birthday. On that time i was told that not possible to deliver on 30th june as waiting period is 6 weeks. After that i am keep on following dealer ( 3 persons) as well Tata area sales manager ( 2 persons). But till date i didn't get any positive feedback from anybody. Even my sanctioned loan got cancelled as time exceed more than 3 months. Now show room executives are telling price revised from 1st Aug'16 and it will be applicable while delivery. I am following for the last 3 months. Now on of sudden price increase will be applicable for customer who has booked 3 months back. If I am facing these kind of difficulties before taking delivery, then how can i rely the further services.

    Hi team,

    This email in reference. Regarding wrong current balance on my cibil score.

    I would like to make you aware that i was a co-borrower against loan account # [protected] which was running on name of subhash singh rathore and has already been closed after full payment in 2015 but in my cibil score it's showing a current balance of rs. 13, 969.00 due to that another loan couldn't get approved by tata motor finance recently for a new indigo car.

    Copy for the all related docx like noc & others related to loan along with cibil score copy are attached.

    I'm surprised & very disappointed to see the current balance on my cibil score for the loan account # [protected] on which i was just a co-borrower & account has already been closed after full payment.

    Kindly make a note that please have a look on urgent basis & give the resolution on high priority! Else i'm going to take a legal action against you & also ask for compensate as my business is going to impact due to your wrong current balance.

        Sir/Madam, I am writing here after waiting it for almost four and half month.
        Given my car MH12EM1386 at Yashraj motor pvt ltd, muzaffarpur on[protected] for paid servicing. I have given complaint about staring noise while taking full turn. Adviser who was looking after Sri Dhiraj told us that as your vehicle model is Indigo GLX petrol so parts are not readily available. So they did regular servicing and told we are placing the order for staring oil pipe (not knowing exact name of part) as soon we will get it, they will let us know. But as we didn't get call from service center, therefore, once again we visited there on 16th aug 2016, then they once again they booked the requirement. till date we didn't here any thing from them.
        seeking help from you in this regard.

        I took AMC (Gold)for my TATA Safari11/10/ 2012 from your concord motors cochin. I approached this dealer 2015 August for service. As per their service department my contract over and asked them to renew. I am also ready to renew but they will not renew as Gold. As per this dealer the AMC was 4 years. Please let me know the detail regarding this.
        They told me that you are selected for tata motors you have to submit rupees 2550 for bond and 10700 for tainning period . i want my money back

          Nano 2014 model vide order NOSO-ConMtr[protected] dt 05.04.2014 from concorde motors new Delhi. South Extn II.

          to begin with I was given an older model than was booked till I pointed out. the correct vehicle was given after a few weeks.

          Even since the vehicle has had numerous numerous problems requiring excessive visits to the workshop at Mohan Industrial ARea mathura road New delhi workshop.

          these are :-

          Excessive noise from rear. A bolt found broken ( I think to do with the exhaust manifold) at least four times.

          Check engine light coming on at least eight to nine times. the vehicle comes back saying problem is resolved only to se the light coming on after a few weeks or months.

          Driver door lock getting stuck from inside twice leading to security concern.

          Door handle mechanism has given way in normal use requiring replacement of two handles. Replacement was being charged for by dealer till mater raised to Tata executives.

          Last occasion the check engine light had come I had spoken to Mr Archit Chandrashekhar and it was agreed that next time this happenned replacement of vehicle should be considered.

          The check engine light was reported again on 10.08.2016 . Vehicle was
          returned on 31.08.2016.

          On 03.09.16 the check engine light was seen again, this time accompanied with a high and abnormal sound at the rear while accelerating normally. this sound was very abnormal when accelerating in neutral gear. Probably the same problem in exhaust manifold as earlier.

          I also find a reluctance on the part of the workshop to clearly record the problem ( specially check engine light ) and state what has been done to rectify it. Even when recorded after insitence it is done in a vague manner.

          MY PRIMARY CONCERN FROM THE BEGINING HAS BEEN THAT CONCORDE MOTORS MAY HAVE PASSED OFF A DEFECTIVE VEHICLE TO ME JUST AS THEY TRIED TO PASS OFF AN OLDER MODEL TILL CAUGHT REDHANDED. Only this can explain the recurring, numerous problems for which I lose use of vehicle, time and money ( in terms of fuel to and fro to the the workshop)

          I REQUEST THE FOLLOWING :-

          As the check engine light could mean a deeper problem which has as yet not been identified, I request a through inspection by tata engineers ( hopefully without anymore inconvenience to me in time and expense.)

          An assurance that should this problem recurs, the vehicle would be replaced with all paperwork completed at your end please.

          a nodalpoint at TATA Motors for any future problems on this vehicle.

          The last job card number for engine check light is : JC-ConMtr-DP[protected] dt 16/08/2016.

            Its been 1.5yra for my car. N its battery drains out every now n then. Its a petrol car. The car used to run every day so it was ok till then but then the car's battery drained out first time in oct 2015. Since it was not such a strong problem. But then now i get to know its just 1yr warranty on the battery n now it has issues with the car.

            Since the time i have purchased the car . Every now n then thefe is problem.

                I had booked a TATA TIAGO XZ MODEL (RED COLOUR ) ON 15TH JUNE 2016 and paid 10, 000 RUPEES as an advance.

                At the time of booking, TATA MOTORS, UTHANGARAI BRANCH MANAGER ASSURED it will be delivered on or before 17 TH AUGUST 2016.

                The balance Vehicle Cost amount had paid through HDFC bank, Thiruvannamalai Branch on 31 ST AUGUST 2016 towards TATA MOTORS Ltd.,
                I have paid the amount for the vehicle . But the company still not deliver the Vehicle.

Also they told that it will be delivered within 2 months whereas it took 3 months. I want the justification on this and if possible revert back the amount paid extra to the company.

                    I bought tata aria in last year 2015 & it is running about 30500 km i'll take my car for servicing to concorde motors patparganj delhi for 30k kms service.they don't clean battrey terminals, not change wiper blades, power window switch not avilable in store no lubrication door not locked..etc now vehical stand on road not start due to dead battrey because there was carbon on terminals i.e reason battrey not being charged.they cost me 16900rs for servicing & i paid to be srand on road.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      Last thursday we bought a new tata bolt car from your dealer in madurai. The dealer name is shakthi motors.

                      Their service is ok expect one concern which is warranty information.

                      Let me to explain why,

                      When before book the car, the sales person quoted me on the plain white paper without their letter head. And that time he was promised me that quoted price is already included the extended warranty which is up to 150000km. Upon delivery time they have given the invoice and it shows nothing about the warranty information and the price also so much different than the quotation. I was shocked and asked about this detail then they said that the warranty will be updated only in online and there is no answer about the price.

                      Are they doing correct? Or is this is how your policy?

                      What if anything happened to my car and how i need to show them my proof of warranty?

                      This something like very irresponsible..

                        मी किरण सुंदरराव जाधवर रा मोहोळ जि सोलापूर येथील रहिवाशी असून मी दि २७/४/२०१६ रोजी sterling motors सोलापूर येथून बुकिंग नं SIND0020 ने tiago xe 1.05D BS- 5 हि गाडी बुकिंग केलेली होती बुकिंग करते वेळी सदरची गाडी १-२ महिन्यात देनेचे हमी दिलेली होती. त्यानंतर मला sterling motors सोलापूर मधून सदर गाडीची राहिलेली रक्कम जमा करणेचे सांगून ४ दिवसात बुकिंग केलेली गाडी देणार असलेचे सांगितले. सदर गाडीची सर्व रक्कम जनता सहकारी बँक पुणे शाखा सोलापूर यांचे कडे कर्ज प्रकरण करून दि २६/७/२०१६ रोजी बँकेचे पत्र व रु ४८१७५८ /- sterling motors सोलापूर यांचे कडे जमा केली तथापि त्यानंतर १५ दिवस सतत sterling motors सोलापूर यांचेकडे जाऊन गाडीची मागणी केली असता त्यांचे कडून मला उद्धट व अपमान जनक वागणूक देणेत आली सदर गाडी देता येणार नाही व कधी मिळेल हे सांगता येत नाही त्यामुळे तुम्ही गाडी रद्द असे सांगण्यात आले . त्यामुळे माझी मानसिकता disturb झालेली आहे त्यातून मी कर्ज घेतले असलेमुळे मला कोणताही उपाय सुचत नसून काही उपाय सांगावा तसेच मी tiago गाडी ऐवजी tata zest गाडी घेनेस तयार आहे . तरी मला आपल्या कडून मदतीची आशा असून मला मदत करावी मो नं [protected]

                          Respected Sir/Ma’am,

                          I hereby would like to describe the below service issue that I faced with Tata Motors Road Assistance service and have been in condition of paying total of 87, 350 Rupees because of the wrong fittings done by Tata Motor’s garage in Dharmapuri - Tamilnadu

                          On 14th August, 2016, I was travelling from Hogenakkal to Bangalore and near to L&T Toll Plaza my Car Reg # : KA04 MG 1167 got break down and was not even starting.

                          I called Tata Road Assistance Service on helpline #[protected] and raise a service request # 1-[protected] for immediate help for my car starting problem.

                          The Service request was assigned to mechanic in Dharmapuri named Sridhar, Garage named - Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage. Upon the investigation he identified that Timing belt is damaged and due to which the engine heads are also damaged and 16 heads needs to be replaced.

                          So the solution was not quick and the car needs to be towed to Sridhar’s Garage and kept there for some days. The Estimated cost was given as 10, 000 rupees for the repair. I gave my car for servicing at “Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage” considering that he would be genuine mechanic as I have got his contact from Tata Motors Road Service.

                          On 15th August, 2016, I got a call from Sridhar (Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage) that the Estimation is now 15, 000 Rupees because of some major part changes and advance of 10, 000 Rupees needs to be paid before starting the repair work. Which I paid by depositing in Central Bank to Sridhar’s Account, deposit receipt attached.

                          On 19th August, 2016 I went to Dharmapuri from Bangalore to take delivery of my car. Checking the car there we found that it is running smooth. The total cost of this repair was 15, 500 Rupees. I negotiated for price and paid 15, 200 Rupees which was acceptable by Sridhar.

                          While returning to Bangalore from Dharmapuri, an uncertain high engine sound started in my car near to Electronic City Toll plaza which was approx. 120 KM from Sridhar’s garage, but since it was running, I drove it to my nearest KHT motors, Kundalahalli as I do my regular servicing at this Tata Authorised service centre.

                          Upon the investigation at KHT motors, the total estimated cost of repair was given as 60, 000 + Taxes which is approx. 70, 000 Rupees. The reason for this was improper engine fittings done by Sridhar at Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage. This is really a huge cost then my expectations and I am really not in position to pay this price.

                          I raised the complaint for this in Tata Road Assistance 2 times (Complaint No. - 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]) however I have not received any positive response yet.

                          In Total I have paid 87, 350 Rupees as mentioned below expenses till now:

                          Road Assistance Service Charge - ₹ 650.00
                          Towing Charges - ₹ 1, 500.00
                          Sridhar (Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage) repair charges - ₹ 15, 200.00
                          KMT Motors Kundalahalli, Bangalore (Advance paid 30, 000) - ₹ 70, 000.00
                          Total Amount - ₹ 87, 350.00

                          Would request your help/assistance to get the refund of at least 75, 000 Rupees which is incurred because of incorrect fittings done by Sridhar (Sri Janani Tata Auto Garage) which is not expectable in any case.
                          Please let me know in case you need any other details for this case.

                            I got a call from shine they told to pat first 2500 after payment they told to pay 4600 after for confirm they told 8900 after paying they told to oppen an accoumt 15000 i paid after they told to pay 13500 for test recuirtment they cheated me totally 31500.please help me return i paud mt money giving my documents to loan so now i am in risk try to refund my amount sir
                            I had purchased Nano on 4th march 2016 and as monsoon started in 1st week itself my car started giving water leakage problem left front side of cabin. i gave for repairs at Auto Industries Fatorda Goa . They kept car for some days and told they applied sealant and gave back, still problem was not solved and atleast 4 to 5 time i gave for repair.

                              Sir,
                              I have booked tata tiago xZ Blue from Concorde Bangalore branch on 05th of May paying rs10000 and the dealership promised to deliver the car with in 6 week time. after my freequent calls they said if i select with out aloyee wheel car will deliver with in 2 weeks, After that till date no executive is responding my call even though not receiving my phone. They have already promised 3 to 4 times date for delivering the car but till date only using the delaying tactics.
                              So i am requesting the higher authorities of tata motors to look up in the matter and deliver the car to me as soon as possible.

Because my experience is very bad with Tata company I have Tata indica ev2 Lx which registered no. Is MH47C8320 is giving high maintenance which is high costs spare parts are too costly and service centre giving bad service and saying give us rating 10/10

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I purchased an amc with following particulars :
                                  1. tata motors amc no. [protected] dt. 09.03.2013 (gold) purchased from tata motors dealer m/s basudeb auto limited, ranchi (jharkhand) against rs. 5628/-only for servicing of my tata manza car bearing registration no. jh01-ar-4301 (copy enclosed).
                                  2. validity of amc: valid for 4 (four years) /20000 kms, whichever is earlier from the date of contract.
                                  3. kilometer reading on the date of purchase, i. e., 09.03.2013: 2186 km
                                  4. kilometer reading on the date of last service on 13.08.2016: 12575 km

                                  On 13.08.2016, i went to tata motor workshop of m/s. divyani motor pvt limited, road no.1, tupudana industrial area, tupudana, ranchi (jharkhand) for servicing of my car. m/s. divyani motor refused to provide the free services as per the amc. as per m/s. divyani motor gm, the amc is fake / invalid and only two free services are allowed, which has already been provided. kindly refer to the above amc card it is clearly mentioned that the validity of amc is for a period of 4 (four years) /20000 kms, whichever is earlier from the date of contract.

                                  On the date of the above referred servicing (i. e. 13.08.2016), is within the four years of the date of purchase of amc and the vehicle has not run 20000 km. however, the total kilometre run by the car is 12575 km on the date i requested m/s. divyani motor. moreover, when m/s divyani motor gm was requested to provide the explanation for not providing the free service as per amc, he refused to do so and asked me that if i need the servicing of vehicle - it can only be provided after paid servicing only. under the conditions i got the car serviced on payment basis.

                                  I complaint the matter to tata motor customer care on toll free no.[protected] on 13.8.16 at 10.58 am with complaint no. i-[protected], wherein i was instructed to make the payment for the paid servicing as per bill raised by m/s. divyani motor pvt limited and the matter will be settled later. as per the instructions of tata motors customer care representative, i made the payment of rs.1170/- to m/s divyani motor pvt limited against the invoice no. dmtplt –rp[protected] dt. 13.08.2016 and receipt no. 12168 dt. 13.08.2016 (copy of invoice and receipt enclosed).

                                  This is the clear-cut violation of above amc agreement and comes under the customer cheating case/grievance cell. i felt insulted that after purchasing the tata motor amc, i will not get the services from the tata motor for which i have paid money. on the same date 13.08.2016 m/s divyani motor was insisting me to purchase another new tata motor amc for car servicing. who will purchase these types of tata motor - amc in which one dealer of tata motor will sale the amc and another dealer of tata motor will refuse to provide the paid service on the ground of fake amc. i did not knew that in tata motor workshop also i shall have to face this type of situation on the name of fake amc.

                                  The above incidence is not going well with reputation of tata motors, where the company plans a product and the service providing agency refuses to fulfil the contractual services of the product. after passing 10 days of this incidence till now i am waiting the response of tata motor. kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and see to it that such incidences are not repeated in future by your any dealer like m/s. divyani motor pvt limited. as such incidences malign your brand name in the market. it was on the brand name that procured the vehicle and the amc and not for the reputation of any tata motor dealer.

                                    This is in reference to tata tiago car booked at pandit automotive law college road on 15th may 2016, at the time booking i have told the delivery date within 2 months but i have not got delivery till date, in spite of that every time i got the false commitment, in this regard i have lodge complaint two times but no resolution till date,

                                    Mr. Jayesh pagaria (Tata motors) called me for complaint feedback but he is also unable to solve the issue and asking the price increase for delivery of the car.

                                    I am not agree to pay extra amount that agreed at time booking,
