I feel that i have done blunder by purchasing tata zest petrol car
My car is giving me 9 km average & there is no solution from the dealer dada motors ludhiana they are making me fool they said that you just fill the tank of car we will check the vehicle i visited dada motors four times but no solution given by the dada peoples.& same done by tata motors customer care peoples. So beware of these people [protected]

I, Gomati Ojha, owner of TATA VISTA QUADRAJET WB 34 AG/3966; which was damaged in a accident is laying in Work Shop of VTR Moters Kharagpur since November 2015. The Car was purchased from VTR Moters Kharagpur in October 2013.
Insurance company is United Inss CO. Midnapur Branch WB 3 years free Inss.(from VTR Moters).
Please help me in this case.
Now GM VTR Moters Kharagpur statement is that DL verification is pending so that Inss CO. Has not been made DO.
I am awaiting from 6 month for taking delivery of my Car. In this period, DL could not get verify. This is fully negligence from Inss. CO and VTR Moters. No body is serious in this matter because I am not firs person who's car has been accedented.
Please solve this problem as urgent basis.

I bought tata xenon crew cab, i saw in picture its nice pickup truck, when i bought there was 100psi air was in each tire, diesel was leaking from fuel injector, steering to left side only 40% vs right side, there is no accessories(Canopy, Bull bar also known as roll over bar, Site stepper, Bedliner ), i know this thing dosnt come with, but i want buy but dealer told us have to go to Jaipur, dealer said they cant provide on pre order in uttar parades, calling on costumer care they always hangup on me or giving me new number to call on that number, , , , , , , , ,

I bought a car( m.H 12 kn 4538) from tata(National automobile pune ) in june 2015 till than i m having very issues with my car i complain more than 5 times every time complain got resolved without resolving and having me in the loop i never got any resolution.. There was a battery problem showroom and service center refuse to help me and i continuously faced many problem i m fed up with this car though this car is still in warranty but every time i was charged more than 5000 rupees i have almost spent 50000 in a year when car is in warranty. On 16.04.2016 my car showed check engine warning so i went to national auto service center and they charged me of 9000 to do servicing and all, but today again same problem i also file a complain 1-[protected] in customer care i need my car good with compensation of my loss and manipulating me. Otherwise i will go to court and file a case against you.

My car hesitate on traffic, jerking and accelarate slow or down when reaccelarated, i am wasted my money many times on service center, you can check my service result and problems, i spend more than 60 thousand rs for solve it, but nothing happen, i m giving my car to lexican motors for 2 months, then they tell me problem solved, they charged also 10 thousand rs, but again the same problem, very bad experience with me
I am collecting every information, scanned copy of service bill in service centers of tata motors, now i wanted to take action against it, because i am very disappointed, wasted money without geting any result, no more hope from tata motors, if you cant detect problems, cant aolve it after charging money then why are you making cars :(

Dear sir I read all people complaints but I am not understand tata people sleeping or good working. Because 3 month's before I am also perches a new sumo gold 13th January 2016.At last with in 88 day 4 times going in service. How imagine?.Yesterday come to breaking news to much sounds coming from engine. When going to service centre open the engine surprised counting road shafts broken and sum a so saris items is crecke. So I will request you please please replace the car or I will take the further legal action. That car purchase from Hospate Bellary. All reddy I will take to your local services manager viswnath but I am not satisfaction. If you can't take the action. When I come back to India tackle the problem so many thanks. And I am stopped purchase two more sumo gold until solved the problem.

I sub chauhan have booked ( defence) a tata zest mod xms qd on 30 dec 2015 through anushree motors pvt ltd agra and an advance of rs 304500 out of rs 620643 has been already paid. The dealer had promised that the car would be delivered in one month. The car has not been delivered so far inspite of additional over two months delay.
Emi for the car is being deducted by the bank since feb 16.
May i be updated on the delay and deliver the car without further delay.

2 to 3 times I was about to meet an accident just because of negligence of your company's people. A lot of time I went to your service center for same complaint but every time they give excuses. I went to your service Centre that my Tata Safari shakes when it hits a speed beaker or some time on highway also it starts shaking while I was in speed it is very dangerous to drive that safari. Lot of times I complained about it but no action was taken to solve my problem so I m very disappointed with the attitude o[censored]r people.please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

My first and last tata car
I have booked a tata indigo car on 2nd march. Since then i am suffering from there bull. They have promised to deliver the vehicle with complete documents on 14th of march but when i contacted them on 1th march they started to sayng tomorow tomorow... I got my vehicle on 2nd april and i am waiting to get my vehicle registration number and other documents. I told the that i will register a complaint they said go ahead we don't care. I have to pay my first instalment on 2nd may and i wont be able to pay any amount.

2. The second free service the mechanic removed the silencer to clean it and has not done any cleaning ( this i came to know when i got my emission test done)

I have purchase my new tata zest in aug-15.I have face problem of petrol smell in my car. The sensitivity is so large that i cant drive the car.Many times i registered the complaint but no solution found by tata motors (Sanya motors jalna & sanya motors aurangabad) my car registration no. Hello team my name is Akshay.J.Bhandari have purchased a vehicle from tata which is the biggest mistake of my life Tata has literally cheated me whithin a month from the purchase of the vehicle i had problems with my gear box after 2 servicing stilll the problem persist after a month they changed the cable just imagine ur new brand car and its things are being replaced i was lyk its a vehicle hota hoga problem later 6 days later my car stopped in middle of the road my driver some how managed to take the car to the garage they checkd the vehicle n they said the vehicle is fine there is no probelm but my driver was insistent that please check bahut problems aaa rahe hai later they analaysed that the fuel pump is damaged now tilll this time Tata is so fake every employee of tata who has served me has troublled me for a rating of 10 i continuously get calls for begging for the rating of 10 sick people
My car was a bit damaged so i thought of claming the insurance for the same on that day i realised my papers was not provided to me completely permit papers were yet pending every body was saying sorry the error has happend fr our end but wats the point they gave me 2 days time saying that they will follow up on the case but nobody replied fraud people u see. after all this again my car has stopped in the middle of the road just imagine i have purchased the car n its been just 48 days n so many problems with the new car so i called one the guys requesting to send a mechanic as my vehicle was not get started the person came he saw the problem n he got to know it was a very small problem so he started shouting on us stating appko bata nahi hai itti si baat gadi ke bare app gadi chalate hai n alll i was juss wondering y is this guy shouting on me wat have i done to him i have logged a complaint againts him too. I have also spoken to my lawyer now he has advised to logged a complaint againts deogiri auto in consumer court and i am even gonna publish this on the online portal.Its the biggest mistake of my life and i dont want anyone else to do it

At the time of free services i came to know that in your system the car shows the owner name as Mr. Lavkush Singh and date of sale is 30th March 2015, it shows that very first you sold the said vehicle to Mr. Lavkush singh but due to some defect you got it replaced and sold it (defective vehicle) to me. tomorrow on 07.04.2016 i have some problem with the said car and call your dealer M/s Auto Vikas, Dwarka, Delhi but their response was not up to the mark, they told me that they cant help on the road, first you took the vehicle to work shop then only they people can see the problem, i called to your customer care no. and i appreciate the services of your customer care. My vehicle was towed by your customer care to workshop and after examine they people diagnose the problem with the clutch plate and give me an estimate of Rs. 8500.00 which i have to bear, Sir, my vehicle is under warrenty and runs only 16448 KM till time and in a short time clutch plate can not be damaged, it may be possible that due to some manufacturing defect it got damaged, there is no any smell of burning of clutch plates, your customer care mechanic also confirm the same. it shows that you sold me a defective vehicle. Sir i am a customer of TATA since 1995, previously i was having TATA Indica which runs approx 1, 50, 000.00 KM but till that time i have not having any problem with the clutch, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve my problem otherwise it will assume that you are forcing me to go for consumer court and spread the fraud by you people in social media.

I had visited macro motors mohali 29 th of march for service

But yhe issues with the vehicle which i had mentioned was not properly rectified and to drive our vehicle was also not pleasing

After using my car for around 7 days i got a problm with fuel warning needle, it was not showing proper amount of diesel

Problem with AC was also jo resolved
Ac sometimes works and sometime it dsn't

My vehicle is having a problem. The acceleration gets locked after getting heated or when I goes on hill side road. The acceleration goes upto 2500 rpm and does not go up. Sometimes check engine light also is shown. After putting off the engine the lights goes off and again the acceleration gets normal. But the same problem again is repeated so can you pls suggest what to do ? I have shown this problem at Nasik service station and they said that there is a problem in censor of Air Filter but after changing it than too the problem was there. So pls solve my problem.

The Vehicle have met with an accident on 24/03/2016 and was take to Concorde motors on 26/03/201, I have claimed insurance on 26/03/2016, service agent (uday ) said Saturday and Sunday holiday for insurance company.
The process was started on Monday(28/03/2016), insurance agent saw the vehicle on 28/03/2016 at 6 pm.
The Tata motors agent uday said on 26/03/2016 that condenser, radiator and Fan was damage will total cost for insurance will Rs 25000 and customer need to pay Rs 5000, I said I am ok for Rs 5000.
Tata motors agent on Tuesday morning(29/03/2016) did not with spare part the parts are available with service center to replace with car indicia Ev2.
The Agent uday ordered spare part on 30/03/2016(placed order from spares from Tata motors spares unit), till today(05/04/2016) the vehicle is pending for insurance approval.
Still agent uday say that will get approval till today evening 6 pm, no update and no assurance from the concede motors about the vehicle for delivery date.

Please look in the issue and help me to get my car as quick as possible.

I regret having purchased TATA Venture model GX. From day 1 of my purchase, it has been giving one or another problem for which I had to send vehicle to their authorized service station at Nagpur for more than 20 times in just one year and drove less than 7000km. Since purchase of this vehicle in the year 2011 until 2016 March it ran just about total 27000 km for which I spent more than Rs. 1, 50, 000/ for spare parts at TATA's authorized service station. Recently the same vehicle has developed overheating problem and kept lying at the Tata's Service station at Jaika Motor, Nagpur for more than one month without any remedial action. They are unable to detect and repair the exact problem and hence unable to commit for delivery of my vehicle. I have given online complaint at Tata's customer number and there also no feed back. Not only I got mental torture since I purchased Tata Venture, I also lost my money on repairs and now lost the vehicle. Is there any one responsible who will look into my grievance and save the image of TATA. I will share my bad experience and discourage to all my known persons for buying Tata car.
