I have servised my Nexon Reg.No.KL04AP7678 at Hyson Motors CIN : U5010KL2006PTCO19662 on 06/03/2021.
Job card No. : JC-HysonM-TS[protected]
Service advisor : Biju mob.no.[protected]
I am totally disatisfied with the service provided by the service advisor. He gave wrong informations about AMC and imposed AMC without my consent. He also delayed billing and delivery of my vehicle. Now I don't want to continue with AMC as I am not interested. I am regularly servicing my vehicles at Tata authorised service stations only. Moreover I am a previleged customer of Tata vehicles for the past 15 years. My previous vehicle was Tata Manza. This is the first time I am complaining about Tata service.
Please take necessary actions to rectify my complaint

    At Shabkar Motor, Sales person not given hard copy of bill he sent soft copy of bill on whatsapp only and he said me that car will be delivered in a week.
    He sent me soft copy of bill of dated 25th Feb 2020.

    But since then he is not responding phone call and sms.

    Even he didn't give chechis no. and other details of car as he said he would provide in only 2 days from the date of booking.

    Please suggest what should I do?

      Hello Sir,
      We booked Nexon XM on 24th November 2020. At the time of booking they have promised us they will give delivery within 4-5 weeks. After 4-5 weeks he said waiting period is 12 weeks. Now 14 weeks are over, still dealer says your car going to be billed in 2-3 days and car will come within 10 days. Actually his 10 days are endless, from 1st Jan 2020 he is saying 10 days.

        Hello Sir,
        I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ white on 19th November 2020, they have promised vehicle delivery within 8weeks . After that period was over we called and they said to wait for 12 weeks as the estimated waiting period was extended by Tata Motors Now it's been more than 14 weeks and we haven't received any update regarding our vehicle, whenever we approach the dealer they make fake promises that your car going to be billed inb4-5 days and so I think we have already visited the dealer like 5-6 times putting beside our other work . But still we don't have any information regarding the vehicle . We are just wasting our valuable time and money . This is the scenario before vehicle delivery, I guess what would happen after we take delivery and after sales service.

          Continuously following up and there is no proper responce for the delay. I have booked Altroz XT model on November 26th 2020 and today (March 5th 2021) still now the car was not allocated as well.

          Losing hope on buying TATA product.

            I had booked Tata Nexon XMS model on 19th December 2020 from Bimal Cars Guwahati Assam but till today I have not received any positive response from the dealer.They keep extending the delivery date everytime I asked them about the delivery date.please inform me when I will get my car.               Hi Team,

              I have booked TATA Altroz XE Rhythm on 4th Feb 2021 and I was told waiting period is of 4-5 weeks and it's already 5th week and there is no information on delivery.

              At the time of booking I have informed my marriage is on 17th March and SE told I'll get my car before time but now it's embarassing for me.

                Hi,

                I had booked my vehicle TATA Nexon XZA+ST Petrol color Green on 19th December 2020 @WASAN MOTORS PVT LTD Borivali East it been almost 78 days and there's;s no commitment on vehicle delivery, as per the waiting period of 45-60days I am been contacting the dealer on a very regular basis but don't receive a concrete answer, every time I call the concerned person its been prolonged by 10days. This is very unprofessionalism and bad customer service.

                  I had booked my vehicle altroz xz petrol white on December 23 2020 @vkg motors gulbarga after discussing with tata motors TSM prashanth.[protected]@tatamotors.com. its been almost 11 weeks no commitment on vehicle delivery and protection from price hike as it was confirmed on press release that all booking made before jan 21 2021 will still have old price.

                    My vehicle number is KL 02 BN 4758its newly purchased car from DERICK MOTORS THIRUVANANTHAPURAM On 11 feb 2021km covered 510 only. Vehicle break down on 28 feb 2021 at kottayam. And shown Engine Locked warning.Now the vehicle in KM Motors kotayam.Still the complaint is not rectified. So i wants to refund the full amount of the vehicle Rs 584376/-

                      I purchased tata Tiago regn no.
                      Wb24ap0392 from tc motors salap in exchange of my previous vehicle indigo manza regn no wb26k 5160. I am surprised to observe that the dues against road tax, insurance in respect of my previous vehicle is being sent to me by rto barasat west bengal. Even after several req, tc motors salap is not able to furnish any information to me. Pl ensure that I m not being harassed unnecessarily by rto and police AUTHORITIES for the cause of my previous vehicle. Reply awaited

                        I booked for a new Altroz I-turbo vehicle with Heritage Motors, Panchpakdi, Thane West on 23rd April and the advance payment of Rs 20, 000/- was made through rtgs on 27th of January, for the booking done on 23rd Jan.

                        It's 6th week and as of now, I have not received any information of delivery and for the follow-up calls made by me, I didn't get any favourable reply other than saying that they await confirmation of details fro. TATA.

                        Can you please help me by expediting the quick delivery of the car.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have booked tata nexon on 12th December 2020 from Bafna motors ratnagiri, Now completely 3 months over and the dealer sales person is telling me two weeks are required because of a problem with the harman system.
                          When I contacted Mr Pathak, Manager of bafna motors, he didn't know when i will get delivery, Because tata has given only 1 nexon car in the last 4 months to bafna motors ratnagiri.
                          I have filed a complaint on 16th feb[protected]
                          No action is taken on that complaint.
                          Then i have contacted Mr Prasoon Ranjan Territory manager of tata. as per his mail now i have to pay 40000 rupees more due to car not provided by tata within time limit. this is not my fault. i want price protection after getting my delivery. take strict action against such bad policies.

My car delivery will become 4 months pending as on 13/03/2021. Your customer care support claims that evey car delivery is made within a maximum of 90 days.

                                Hi, I am Akhilesh Singh. I have booked Tata Safari XT Royale Blue Color on 9th Feb at Samarth Cars Private Ltd, Gwalior.

                                I upgraded my booking to Tata Safari XZ Royale Blue Color on 22nd Feb by calling at Samarth Cars Private Ltd.

                                  Booked tata tiago xt on 13/11/2020 paying booking amount of five thousand rupees. Paid 2 lakh rupees again in 1st week of February 2021 to the dealership M/s. Krishnaa motors, kharagpur.
                                  Does it take this long for purchasing a car or should i cancel my booking and move for maruti or hyundai ?
