[Resolved] Tata Motors — complaint | |||
Sir, With due respect, I would like to inform you that on August, 2017, I have purchased a SUV car Tata Hexa from the dealer Niladri Motors, wherein an amount of Rs.11, 750/- was taken as TCS. They have told me that after three months it will be automatically updated in my TDS page of my Income tax return and i will get refund the said money. But still then to till date, I did not get refund my money. Rather I have made a several communication with the authorized representative of Niladri motors, Agartala but could not able to give a justifiable reply. Hence, made complaint to do the needful.
