I am Rishi Mathur having Tata Manza, recently(1st Feb 2015) i had taken my car for service at Concorde Motors, IP Ext., New Delhi. I had given them few problems like engine missing, clutch hard, average low, headlight lamp etc.
They made the job card and said me that i will collect car next day, then i refused to take car next and told them to get the service done on same day. I was waiting there and observed that mechanic had given only 3hrs to check my car. Once i received the bill after washing and all. The charges were included for Laptop testing, Major service, wheel alignment, headlight lamp, engine oil change, air filter change, brake pad change. I didn't understand in just 3hrs how all these things can be done. I asked the Service Manager for receipt of alignment, faulty lamp, laptop service report nothing was given to me. Also for clutch hard they refused saying clutch is not available.
After service within 10 days again the i am facing the engine problem and average low issue. Was this information helpful? |
