[Resolved] Tata Motors — concorde motors, ghodbunder road, thane: laid back approach, delayed car delivery process of tata tigor car | |||
I issued a full down payment cheque on Monday, 26 March 2018 towards purchase of Tata Tigor XZA 1.2 Petrol. The payment was realised on Tuesday morning in my bank account. Till today afternoon, i.e. 3 April 2018, the Insurance was issued, leave aside the delivery of the vehicle. I am unable to understand why Tata Motors takes 5 working days to issue a simple car insurance policy. Till date there is absolutely no commitment from Concorde Motors as to on what date the delivery would be done. I called up the Tata Motors Helpline ([protected]), today afternoon, to register a complaint pertaining to the Dealer for his no response. According to the lady on the help line, there is no such showroom of Concorde Motors at Ghodbunder road, Owale, Thane. I was shocked to hear that with a fear that have a issued a cheque to a con dealer in Thane. inspite of repeated 2 to 3 calls daily since 27 March 2018 ( 8 days) there is still no confirmation that when my car would be delivered. My repeated calls to the person who handles RTO registeration, Mr Joseph remain unanswered after several attempts. That person does not even have the decency to return my calls. I wonder how can a reputed brand like Tata Motors and it's dealer, Concorde Motors afford to have such a callous attitude to a new customer. That too a simple issue like communication and timely delivery of a new vehicle, for which I have made full down payment. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am purchage new car in 1/4/2018 first rama auto cars delear deliverd in scrachable car deliverd 2nd my car total running this time 176 km but car brake down in faridabad.what a quality tata pls provide my car solution.i am relise my life first mistake i am purchage tata car.
