Tata Motors — dealer refund issue | |||
We had booked tata nexon on 14jan 2019 for a december 2018 make model. The vehicle was delivered on 29 march 2019 but it was a march 2018 make. We have returned the vehicle and requested for the vehicle of dec 2018 make. The dealer was rude and we have asked to cancel the booking and asked for the amount to be refunded. Please look into this matter to get the refund processed asap so that we can book the same vehicle from a different dealer who appreciate customer satisfaction. I have earlier raised the complaint on this forum..
