[Resolved] Tata Motors — dealer's behaviour | |||
We indians are grateful of mr ratan tata's contributions in various sectors of indian economy and philanthropic activities. I'm glad that tata is making such great global cars in india with top notch safety and incredible performance but for the sales to exceed the benchmark service and customer satisfaction is also important. I recently visited tata's dealership in jammu to purchase nexon but the sales guy were not interested in even giving a brief of the car. You do not expect that kind of behaviour when you're purchasing a new car. I request the top management to work for overhauling the dealership level sales and after sales experience.
