Tata Motors — Delay in Delivery on Altroz- 3 months | |
Hi, My trust in Tata Motors is getting shackled. It has been more than 3 months since I have booked Altroz XE Rhythm Petrol - Grey. Yet I have not received any confirmation on the delivery of my vehicle. Not even engine and chassis number has been allotted to me. My Dealer- Bafna Motors Wakdewadi, Pune, didn't informed me at the time of booking that billing on their code has been blocked. After 2.5 months they transferred my booking to Sridha Motors, Chakan. They have not even confirmed any date for vehicle allotment or delivery. I need Tata motors to intervene in this matter and fast track my order. My patience has been tested already.
