Tata Motors — Delivery of tata tiago

We have booked a new tata tiago in coimbatore branch and have paid the whole amount last month by believing the words of the showroom representative that it can be delivered by last month itself. Till now we didn't get the car. We are going to pay the first month within few days. I can't understand whether the showroom or the tata motors are not valuing their customers and cheating them. Eventhough they are telling that the problem is because of rto clearance process, tata motors is responsible for it. Why i should pay emi without getting the car?

Need immediate action for this issue.

My vehicle pb03aj7917 has gone to your tass honey enterprices for three or four times for rear hub replacements but part is not available rear tyres are damaged and now vehicle is at honey enterprices since 3/4/16

Its the same case with me. I had booked Tiago on 24th April at KHT motors Bangalore. The sales executive promised me delivery in 4 weeks so i paid the booking amount of 10k. The SBI bank loan was also to be coordinated by them, which took almost 2 weeks to process.For that also i had to do the follow up with them. Its 21st May today my loan agreement DD has not been processed coz KHT guys are clueless as to when they can deliver the car to me.
I liked the car a lot but the pathetic response by the TATA people is pushing towards cancelling the order. My previous experience of Maruti dealership is thousand times better than this. I will wait another week max for this to be sorted out or just cancel the order.

TATA Motors has stopped delivery of Tiago in Haryana, as there is safety issue ... as told by TATA Motors dealership, maybe its better to not buy this car, , I had booked on 9.4.2016, just 3 days after launch, and not delivered the car as some safety issue stopping TATA Motors from making Tiago. ?

Till now we didn't get the car. I can't understand whether the showroom or the tata motors are not valuing their customers and cheating them. Even though they are telling that the problem is because of rto clearance process, tata motors is responsible for it. Why i should pay emi without getting the car? Hence, it is requested that the above issue
immediate action should be taken in this compliant.
