I am holding tata manza having regd. No gj - 1-kg-5843. The said car was put to yash motors pvt. Ltd who is authorised by you for repairing work of tata motors car through my husband rajendrakumar d tiwari. The job card issued in name of mr. Rajendra tiwari. While placing the car with with yash motor (Guj) pvt. Ltd., the problem was for leakage of coolent water. However mechanic has told that there is a problem of oil palte and elbow and the expenses will be rs 15000/- if you change it. So we are agree for that as a trust of company’s authorised dealer. Even there was no replacement of elbo the bill raise by yash motors was for rs. 14040/ and also the bill is issued in the name of kalpit sunilkumar shah which is totally a fraud. More over the car was kept with them for 3 days for small repairing for a work of 3 to 4 hours. However after the car was deliver to me the oil was leakage from front side. The oil plate was not replace from front side it is not understable how such problem has arise. Then after my husband talk with the yash motors people they advice to him you may put the car again in out work shop. Today my husband put the car for said problem they have inform me that oil seal of back side is not working and there is a noise of bearing. For you kind information there is no noise come before the servicing in my car so how it is possible. In the above circumstance i wish to beg clarification on the following points. (1) the problem sort out by authorised workshop is not proper and harassment made to the valued customer like me. (2) i have paid rs.14040/ cash however bill has not been issued in my name making a defaulf to the government and me also. They have argu for regarding invoice the present people mr. Hitesh give the answer that the car is not transfer in your name. So what type of blame he was charged to us. I have a rc book also if you see that the name transfer or not. Tata motors having a name and fame in the automobile market having more than half century is appoint such careless workshop service sation who are not able to give satistaction to the customer after paying amount demaded by them. Under the circumstances it is my humble request to instruct yash motors to repair my car free of charges and issue bill in my name for cash paid by me for rs 14040/. We refer the mail of yash motors have to inform you that the statement made in your mail is totally far from TRUTH. You have mentioned that the trial was taken jointly before giving the delivery which is not totally wrong.
I do not understand that the authorised service center are escape from accepting the mistake done by them for work carried out by them. It is a gross negligence on the part of the formen for repairing the car.The Yash Motor people harras to me that the your complain has been closed. How it possible. I have Complain to Tata Team people so why yash motors decided about the complain. Dear Sir,

I do not understand that the authorised service center are

We have complaint to you regarding my query and you have revert
back to Yash Motors. Why? If customer dis satisfaction with the dealer
then complain to you and you people not support to customer then what
will do? They have closed my complain to day. Why you are open the
customer care if you do not attend the complain? If you are not given
the satisfactory action then I have go through consumer forum. Please
give us reply urgently for if your people attend my complain yes or
no. In one single day the problem come out in any Vehicle after
servicing, it is possible? Any single trial not given to me they have
drafting the letter that customer talking the trial after the service.
The noise problem and leackage of oil problem is not in car. There are
only one problem that the collen water leacked from car. I asked the
present officer when put the car at yash motor if you servicing as per
your advice the aboved problem are solved? They have clearly told to
me that the Oil and water related problem are solved after the
servicing the car. Then how it is possible of lickage of oil. The Yash
Motors people lying with me and also to you. The second problem of
Invoice copy that is another name if I present the said copy in GST
Department they can allow this transaction that the payment given by
Rajendra Tiwari and invoicing on another people. So I once again said
that I have not satisfied with reply of Mr. Dipak Gajjar Reply.
Please attend the complain by you technical team. Your Technical team
can not the contact till to day. What type of service you provide that
the Tata technical team not contact or inquiry at yash motors. No any
single reply from your customer team regarding this query still
pending[protected]. Please give us reply urgenly.
