Tata Motors Finance Ltd. — clothing not delivered | |||
I would like to bring to your notice that i sent a courier to sharjah on monday 21st, and was told by 23rd the same will be received. Yesterday i contacted mr suryakant/suvidha (Contact no. [protected]/74) and they told me that the same reached dubai on 23rd, and should be delivered. Till evening i was continuously calling them to check and they kept telling me that it will be delivered by evening. It is very sad, that till now, the same is not received. It was sent for a very special occasion, and its very disappointing that the same has still not reached the destination. If that was the case, i would have sent it through dhl or blue dart. They may be a bit expensive, but it would have reached on time. Whenever i am checking the site to track the parcel, same intimation is being shown. Earlier on 2 / 3 times i sent the parcel to the same address and it reached on time, that is why i sent it again. Would request you to please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
