Tata Motors — fraud sales department | |||||
Hi, I purchased tata taigo on 29th june, 2017 due to wrong information provided by dealer regarding gst laws. I booked the car on 11th june in a hope that after gst laws the small and medium segment cars are getting expensive by 2%. However, no body was sure regarding these norms and due to some personal issues i asked the dealer (Tuli motors, north delhi area) to take the delivery of car in the month of july. But the dealer just asked me to take the delivery in june only as they have to close the june month bookings in the same month itself which was very rude and not at all tolerable from my perspective. But still i took the delivery on 29th june. But since, the gst rules are finally implemented now and all segment cars have become cheaper so now i feel cheated as i requested the dealer to give the delivery in the month of july but he (Sumant-sales agent) forced me to take it in june. Now, due to all this issue i have faced a loss of at least rs.20, 000 as per the latest rates of tiago after gst rules being incorporated. I am really dissapointed with your sales and marketing department as how they fool people and earn profit out of people's pocket. I would urge to take this matter seriously as other automobile companies like 'honda' are also providing 'price protection plan' as if the car rates are cheaper now after gst rules the honda company are refunding the balance amount. However, i have not seen any kind of policy in tata motors. So, i think its high time now to learn from your competitors to learn how to do customer service and do marketing as tata always lack in these areas. I expect a positive reply from your team asap regarding my concern & to provide a compensation for this loss faced by me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I, Tanmoy, have a nano twist xe.somedays ago my car faced a prob of wheel lock.i informed JUST SEVICE of Kolkata to repair the prob in my house as the prob was minor.bt they forced me to toe up my car.i refused them.lastly local mistry repaired it in just 45 min.this kind of silly bussiness mind is nt appropriate for TATA.
