Respected sir, I am Rahul Dund. I am using Tata Altroz xz (o). I am happy to use the car and fully satisfied with it. But I have some issues (complaints) about the services of it. I have bought the car on 11/02/2021 from *HARSOLIA BROTHERS, sector-28, Gandhinagar* . 1) I didn't get invoice on the delivery time. After asking many time I get invoice after a week. 2) I get RC book after 2 months. 3) In first service I asked for pickup and drop facility but that told about charge of pickup and drop service. When in other service center it is free. 4) My left side mirror's cover came out we asked for replacement but 2 employees are giving different price for that. 5) When we given my car for first service that time my car is not damaged but when we receive the car it's damaged and when told them about it. They Shaw me the damaged part photo. And not admitting their mistake about the damage. 6) When we get my car quotation that time insurance amount is Rs.44, 601/- and when I get insurance copy in that amount is Rs. 24, 271/-. Where is the other amount of Rs. 20, 000/-? As a proof I am submitting all the attachment to you. I hope you will look after the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
