Tata Motors — I am complaining about my new purchased vehicle | |||
Dear sir, I was proud to be an part of tata motors by buying an tata indica v2ls as on 05-dec-2016 from gurudev motors, arumbakkam, chennai. Vehicle no: tn 18 ak 0299 I have attached my copies with this email. There is an problem i'm facing in my vehicle which is not rectified for a long time from the first service, i requested them several times but no response, i would also like to inform you that the time of delivery both the left side doors was not properly tightened, when i informed this they said it can be done in first service but nogo. After several reminders no action was taken by them. In the first two months of the purchase they have changed 2 driveshafts, 2 backstuds & also front wheels two rims, still the same problem My complaint # 1-[protected] / 1-[protected] Gurudev motors said they will send the person from tata motors (Raghav & rishab), yesterday they came tested the vehicle still they were not able find the problem so i asked them to give an written statement that the vehicle is in good condition but they regret to give the same & said to take the vehicle to concord or tafe. This is the only reason where i lose the respect on tata motors which made me to write this email as an complaint. I am really very disappointed with the vehicle & service provided to me, this is the only income for me & i am unable to go to my daily duty which results in not paying me dues. If this email is also ignored & not taking any action, then i have to take this issue legally, as i am the only sufferer in this problem. I hope there will be a permanent solution for this issue.
