[Resolved] Tata Motors — I'm complaining about your customer satisfaction | |||
I'm arun from karaikal (Pondicherry state). I have buy a new tata harrier in karaikal (Schakralaiya motors) in june 6, i have noticed small peel off in below the infotainment system, immediately i have make a call to showroom manger and informed it and send him a picture and they said ok sir we will replace it by warranty, this is held on june 7 (Next day of my purchase). And every weekend i have make a call and intimating them, finally they make a call to me and they said the spares are came sir, you come to pondicherry and replace it. Then i am going to pondicherry it's nearly 150kms apart from my hometown, after reached the showroom and they saying, "sir spares are not came sir, sry sir!", then i leave that place with angry, till now i have intimating them in every weekend but still now i have no proper solution for it.
