We purchased tata 1109 (Mh-23-w-1382) from your authorised bidar mrs pallavi patil in august 2016 by cash but still we had not get any positive response from your office and bidder side for completion of its document from august 2016 the sad vehicle is in standing for drc and transfer procedure we are now helpless and found in trouble due to irresponsibility handling of our case from tata motor finance we get so much mental and financial harassment from you we had not get single call from your office and your bidder after investing our money tata motor finance is showing very lethargical and a irresponsible stand so now we don't have any other option instead file the claim so this is our sincere request to don't force us to do the same please look into the matter and do needful and please acknowledge to our complaint our mail id is tashah [protected]@gmail.com
