[Resolved] Tata Motors — lost money by booking nexon: vehicle delivery cancelled saying no vehicle available | |||
I have booked nexon on 12/20/18 and paid full amount by 12/28. But vehicle not delivered and amount returned. But had to loose my money as i broke my savings. Now they are asking full amount of vehicle as i booked on year end sale now not available. My question is why to book vehicle and take money if there is no vehicle available to deliver just to take money to may be show their sales. I have sent mail to tata consumer but they are also sitting idle and not replying. I have all documents of payment and booking but no action by tata and by dealer also. Dear Sir, my vehicle no. Is 36 AA0503. I have started mileage from the beginning of the vehicle, but the man told me in the Goyal motor store, but he did not work, but he continued to console only but slowly but the mileage has not increased. Help me.
