[Resolved] Tata Motors — original part changed in my nexon xza+ | |||
I purchased nexon xza+ petrol wihite on aug 1st 2018 from orange tata, erragada, hyderabad. The day i purchased i could not notice but later i noticed this. I checked with some of my friends and colleagues who are nexon owners, and found that what i got is a low end variant parts (Steering wheel). The one i got is in black color, but company is giving beige color steering wheel in xza+, xz+ and xz variant. Black color steering wheel is coming with lower variant like xe, xm, xt etc. The showroom is telling, that is coming from company itself and he doesn't know anything about it. But as i have purchased the top variant i have paid for top variant parts. Why this has been changed in my car. Who is responsible for this, is it showroom or the tata company. I hope tata customer care can able to answer this whom should i reach and why it happened. Was this information helpful? | |||
