Tata Motors — Pathetic and Horrible Servicing quality

Hi, I have given my car Tata Indigo CS (AP28BL 6143) for servicing on 6th June and got it delivered to me on the 7th at Tejaswi Motors, Tadbund, Hyderabad. I have gone for AMC for 2 years for which I have paid some 9K. The reason I’m writing this mail is to let you know that the quality of servicing is horrible and pathetic. I have so many problems in my car, low mileage, poor pickup, jerks in the middle of ride etc., I never realised that the quality of TATA would be so bad. I have got a call from the service center asking me how the service was and I have told them about these problems. They said, they will send someone to fix the problems but no one turned up till now, even after a week. This is hopeless service and I’m a dissatisfied customer.
