Tata Motors — Refund of Excise Duty amount on purchase of Tata Indica car | |||||
On 2nd March 2016, I had got delivery of Tata Indica EV2 car from Concorde Motors showroom located at MALHOTRA HOUSE, 7, MARWAH ESTATE KRISHNALA MARWAH ROAD, OPP.TATA POWER, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI-400072 (TEL: +[protected], EMAIL: [protected]@CONCORDEMOTORS.COM). Till date, I have not received the excise duty refund given for processing to Concorde Motors. The wrong reason given by the dealer is that I have submitted the signature verification form post the last date of EDR. Below are my justifications/reasons: 1) The salesperson Mrs. Padmaja handling my deal was not aware about most of the processes 2) She doesnt provide timely and accurate information 3) She doesn't have the listening skills and I can give evidence of the same. 4) She is not available/reachable after the sales is done and hence very poor in after sales service 5) The last date of EDR being 30/06/2016 was never communicated to me. I came to know about the last date of EDR is 30/06/2016, on 6th October via email from her colleague Mr. Amar Suranje. 6) The information that signature verification form is required was told to me by Padmaja over phone around 1 or 2 week before 30/06/2016, though this information should have been told to me before or at the time of car delivery alongwith the last date of submission of the same, so that I could have arranged and submitted it to Concorde Motors well in advance. Hence request you to please consider my complain and arrange for the Excise Duty Refund amount, from the dealer as the last date has got elapsed.
