Tata Motors — regarding refund of excise duty refund | |||
I purchased tata zest xm from puneet automobiles from padao varanasi on 29 march 2017. At that time dealer sanjay sharma hides the information that all the bills related to car is generated from azamgarh punnet automobiles. I purchased car for taxi purpose. And i get bills insurance, temporary number after 10 days. After that as my car is registered on 22 april 2017. And i contact mr sanjay for edr i. E. Excise duty refund. He gives me number of mr ashish he belongs to azamgarh branch. I contact mr ashish and he tell me collect all the required papers and submit it to mr sanjay. I collect all the required papers and on 2 may 2017 handover it mr sanjay. Mr sanjay handovers it to mr ashish. On next day i talk to mr ashish he tell me that yes i received all the required documents. And i send it to in processing as soon as possible. I said ok. Than after few days i call mr ashish to know the status of my edr. He tolds me that i m working on it i will give you result as soon as possible. After 2-3 days again i contact mr ashish he starts giving me excuses that i m not in office, i m in meeting, i m driving, i am at home, i will call you back. As the time goes i calling more than 80-120 times in 3 months to know the status. But he is not responsing my phone. And than i called gm mr manish tiwari and i informed all the problems he gave me satisfactory answer that i will take care of it. As soon as possible i take some steps regarding refund. When i call again to mr manish he tell me that there is some technical issue (Jaisa hota h mai sham ko btata hu kya hona h usme aap sham ko call kro remind kro mai dekhta hu kya hona h). After that he also start ignoring my phone as same as mr ashish. And today when i call to mr manish more than 15 times he pick up my phone and tell me that your application has been rejected due to late process. (I deposited all the papers within a week from registration) And gm mr manish says that its not our responsibility plz dont waste my time. I cannot do anything. Than i said sir i m in loss of rs 36000/- than he said that no it will be only rs 7000/- and we are not responsible and i cannt do anything plz dont call me and dont waste my time in very rude manner. Company is held responsible for all the losses. So please do the right thing and give my edr amount as soon as possible. Sir/mam, In lastly i want to say that i need my edr money. Because its dealer's fault. And the dealer is held responsible for all that loss. Kindly requested you to take some necessary action and please give order to punnet automobiles to bear loss and refund the edr amount. In evidence i have call records of 3 months that how many times i called mr ashish, mr manish, mr rajkumar. Plesase take some necessary action against.
