To, The regional manager Customer care Tata-motors Sub : regarding tata ace dicor complaint. Respected sir, I have purchased tata ace dicor in november 2014. Same vehicle have created engine related problem in 2017. Following the problem i have changed recon engine at m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Nagpur in year 2017. I have paid rs. 35000/- by cheque (Cheque no. 21774) dated on[protected] for the same problem. For more details please check your online portal. Recon engine have one year warrantee. But after seventh months of replacement same recon engine created problem. Same vehicle was towed and admitted to m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Nagpur for repair. M. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Kept vehicle for five months for repair. Then after five months, m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Inform me that engine is not repairable. So, please take the appropriate action against the complaint within seven days. Document attach :- 1) rc of tata ace dicor 2) tax invoice of m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Nagpur.
