Tata Motors — Service complaint | |||
This is aditya from GORAKHPUR, UTTAR PARSESH, I brought a Tata Tiago on 2016 and they give me a insurance of future generali and after 4 years I purchased a insurance from policy bazar.com of future genenrali and they were saying that they don't have tie-up with future generali and they can't give the claim by them self they said that I have to raise claim for future generali and my policy is cashless and they are accepting cashhless policy also. And thier service were ridiculous. Once gave my car for repair (service) the small problem they can't repair they said you have to change the whole kit. Once I gave my car for claim and after few days they call me that my car is ready. And when I go reach their they said that my car is haven't repair they gave my car to me while service centre gets closed around at 8.30.pm after that my they made my brake with unbalanced grip of I use my brake my car gets skid from rear tires so I left my car at service centre and I reached my home at night around 3:00 am because their was no transport vehicles on that time and my home was 90km far from service centre . SERVICE WAS VERY RIDICULOUS AND USELESS OF TATA MOTORS I request Tata motors that take few steps on service Was this information helpful? | |||
