Tata Motors — servicing of car

Hello sir i own a tata nano cx py-01-bu-5088. My service is due at 50, 000 kms. I have been contacting the service dealer m/s. Scharalaya motors, puducherry for the past one week. But i am not getting proper response from non of them in the management. I even brought it to the complaint cell, pune. Pl do the needful to get my car serviced.
