Tata Motors — Spare Wheel is MISSING (when took delivery from TATA Service station) | |||
I have gave my car(TATA ARIA) for service in CONCORDE MOTORS(INDIA) LIMITED Ecr, Injambakkam on 28/04/2015 and took delivery on 29/04/2015. Car Reg number : TN 19 E 8842 When I given the car for service, In job slip they have clearly mentioned the spare wheel is in the car, But when I took delivery my car's spare wheel is missing. I checked the same with the service center but they have not given any responsible answer. This is really frustrating me. They saying not having any cc tv camera's too in the service center to check the footage. When we checked the entry book in the gate security My car as been took 2 times for the trail run out of service center. 1. 29/04/2015 - Out time 12 PM and In time is 1 PM but car as ran only 10kms in that time(Almost more than hour car is out of service station) 2. 29/04/2015 - Out time 5PM and In time is 5.10 PM, car ran 5kms. First one looks abnormal, Please take a necessary action. Spare wheel cost is Rs. 12, 000. As a first step I send this email to tata customer care, if I didn't get a solution I will escalate this to your higher authorities else I need to file a police complaint. Contact Number : Mr. J.
