My name is saira khan I live in Mumbai, I have played one quiz on filmy channel and next day I got a cal saying that you win a Tata safari car worth Rs 12 lakhs from Tata motors company instead of car we asked them for cash they given option car or cash we gone for cash, than they ask to pay deposit of Rs 9500 we paid because we thought it showing on TV it will be true after that they ask amount of Rs 25000 for tax amount we paid as per government rule than they say for large amount security code we need to generate FRC code its a RBI rule they said for which amount paid Rs 35000 rest we not paid total is RS 49000 we don, t know all this rules and we paid amount as per their rule my mom is not educated n she paid this amount I request those sir madam is looking this complain please help us ..below is the fraud peoples name..

    Sir i purchased tata vista quadrajet aura in oct.2009, my car no.Br01ar 9137, just 48000 kms old, single handedly used my me, all services done on time, all at one place aastha motors(Kumar distributers pvt.Ltd.), kankarbagh bypass, patna, emitting excessive smokes, when the examined my car, they found some rough surface on 4th piston ring.My only question is who is respondible for such an early damage, its authorised service centre, the manufacturer i.E.Tata motors or the buyer who purchased wrong car?

      Hell team,

      I had booked tata tiago before the launch i.E, on 03 march 2016. I dint receive the vehicle still. Prerana motors people are not responding properly. I donlt know why they have taken 10k as booking amount. My loan has been cleared and i need to pay my emi by 15th of this month. I'm really not satisfied with service provided from prerana motors. Please check and help us with this asap or else i will have to go for legal procedures.

      Its the same case with me. I had booked Tiago on 24th April at KHT motors Bangalore. The sales executive promised me delivery in 4 weeks so i paid the booking amount of 10k. The SBI bank loan was also to be coordinated by them, which took almost 2 weeks to process.For that also i had to do the follow up with them. Its 21st May today my loan agreement DD has not been processed coz KHT guys are clueless as to when they can deliver the car to me.
      I liked the car a lot but the pathetic response by the TATA people is pushing towards cancelling the order. My previous experience of Maruti dealership is thousand times better than this. I will wait another week max for this to be sorted out or just cancel the order.

      Same situation here at calicut kerala.I had booked on 2nd may and they promised me delivery at 2nd june.Third week of may i got call from marina motors calicut and the executive told me that my vehicle dispatched.I had completed my finance procedure and amount transferred to their account according to that.When i called them on 2nd june they were clueless about my vehicle and promised it will be deliver at 7th of june and they again changed the date 20th and finally 28th of june.My first emi start on 5th july.Think they doesn't have value on words very bad experience from tata. I will wait max 1 month then i will go for ritz or swift.

      I am also facing the same situation, we booked ours in Gurgaon in the last week of April 2016, I am also being given the run for the delivery...one would think tat's would be happy to deliver their product...come to think of it I have not seen a single car on the road in delhi- gurgaon or Mumbai... are they even producing this car????

      Same situation is here. I had booked tata tiago on 3rd may and expected delivery till 31st may as per PANDIT motors Law college road, Pune. Still PANDIT motors are not giving any dates of delivery. I am fed with delays...I don't understand why they are selling the cars if they cant delivery cars!!!

        They have not spair part and mechrnic also.i have go for car ac repair they told that ur compressor change required but out side they repair and charged only rs 50. I chage my broken pipe tata indigo ecs fuel pump to primmer thy charge me rs 950. Which is not maching the part in car i have also complain they have doing malpractice and it effect the futute of out tata. In tata sesvice centre they have not spair part mechenic and techenic.u have to go and frequently cheque their work

          We have Tata Sumo Grande (2008) Dicor 2.20, Its run about 2.30 lac kms, 15 days back all of sudden its stopped running at 80 kms speed, The vehicle have to toy to Star Car Service Center, J P Nagar, Mysore, when checked it was found that its time belt, timing gears, tensoners, other belt, chains as well as injectors have to be replaced, Required spare parts have been changed, Vehicle fully checked at that service center for complete one week, other items like Hydrolic Chain adjuster etc also changed, Injectors send to Nayak Diesel, Bamboo Bazar, Mysore for checking & overall & its found that 3 are working but needs to be overall & one has to be replaced, after installing with these the same vehicle sent to Mr. Saleem Bamboo Bazar for coding of injectors & the same has been done, The vehicle started but with problem of no pick up & heavy smoke both white & black, Again Mr. Dickson of Star Car tried to diagnose the problem, crank shaft, cam leaver & related issues checked, Oil seal also changed but problem could not be resolved, Next day vehicle sent to Nandas Car Service, Kavempu Nagar where we regularly sent the vehicle, They again diagnosed the problem, checked vehicle with all angels & found some 4 Qty of Hyderolic Chain Adjusters again broken which were all 16 changed earlier by Star Car, in addition to that Engine time settings done, some lathe work has been done, hose pipe etc changed & Vehicle delivered to us in running condition in four days, We were happy to see that problem resolved, we went factory but after 10 kms driving we seen that service light is on at vehicle running above 80 km to 85 km on and pickup is down after the service light is on, We immediately return to service center who refereed us again to Mr. Saleem at Bamboo Bazar for scanning the vehicle, He scanned the vehicle & removed all fault codes but this problem still continued of Service Light On & pick up getting down.             Dear sir
            I purchased nano from wasan motors chembur last year in june
            The car came in strange condition it was very noisy while driving and would slow down while on third gear and ac..
            However i sent it for 1st service and identified the noises in the car many times. To my surprise the nuts were not put on speedometer and other places
            The boot of car had some nuts that were missing too and a strange sound came through the ignition i understood
            The service centre had to told time and again each problem when the car came back
            They were short of water and staff so the car didn't get cleaned
            Once again in january the car broke down on road
            Upon calling the engineer came and took over two hours. Unable to identify the problem the car was towed to jogeshwari as it broke down in juhu
            I was told to pay for tow to which post checking i was waived off
            After more than 5 hours the service centre said the fuel gauge was falsely showing full
            The service centre supervisor and engineer said its a minor fault
            Since the mud flaps were half torn where wasan motors engineer manoj said it doesn't need attention whereas it would rub against the road and tear
            The car horn has gone off since february
            But no respite yet
            I am sad to write this but it's my 4th car with tata and its a sad experience
            I would like to return the car and no longer wish to own this car
            Kindly have it back and relieve me of all the mess

              I feel that i have done blunder by purchasing tata Nano petrol car, company declare to mention petrol car 25 km Average but My car is giving me 12 to 15 km average & there is no solution from the dealer TATA Motors

              i have regularly complaint tata motor authorized service center in Vasai (Vijay Auto) they are making me fool they said that you just fill the tank of car we will check the vehicle i visited Tata motors four times but no solution given by the vijay auto peoples.& same done by tata motors customer care peoples.

                  I am really feeling disappointed that i have brought TATA Safari just because of the Maintenance service your dealer and mechanics provides to your customers.

                  They only feel good in replacing the spare parts and never do the general checkup and even they are unfriendly towards fixing small spare parts.
                  I hope that your company should not believe in cheating its domestic customers.
                  when i am giving your company Time, Respect, Liberty to fix my car and Money then why your are not able to provide valuable services.

                  Simply horrible experience this time i faced from TATA Motors regarding servicing and i will never ever recommend anyone to buy TATA Car.

                      Booked Tiago online, paid 10, 000.00 Rs got an email with bookingg ID that's it.

                      Either no representative from TATA motors, nor dealer i selected for booking contacted me about to provide me the next process to the the booked car delivered.

                      contacted dealer not provided any tentative date of delivery as per T & C applied for my booking.

                      dealer is asking me to wait n wait again wait, as its been 3 weeks since i have been waiting.

                      have written an email and called TATA Customer Care to file a complaint with a complaint number: 1-[protected]

                      lets see how my problem get resolved??

                        I had bought Tata bolt last year and ever since I have been regretting my decision, where company promising high promises but low actually horrifying results. I have to pay extra fine because somebody from sales forgets my document to submit to Tata finance. Then carefree attitude from Tata Concorde motors and service centre where they take 1 month to get parts available and when you ask them why they simply avoid your calls, or get busy. And this happens not just once it happens every time. I give feedback to service station manager but it seems they are all same best at doing nothing.
                        From time of booking the car till today there has been endless issues which never got resolved.

                          The tiago is an excellent car. It has superb features, modern looks and class leading mileage.
                          But they don't have car to deliver and they don't have very good staff as well no knowledge they have no waiting knowledge they have every i booked a car on concord when i was booked a car they told me will deliver it in just 3 weaks but still i am struggling with my car delivery and not getting any update and they don't have any update i am confused what should i do every time i got a new ans when i booked a car they told me only patrol come and diesel is coming after six month and suddenly i got a call from my friend diesel are available when i booked a car threy told me you are booked a1st diesel car with concord and sir please book orange cz orange come early now they show attitude we have already booking before your booking we don't have your color we will arrange for you plzz change your color and etc i am very pitched off

                            Taken money from us for the 2016 manufacturing year vehicle and delivered us the 2015 manufacturing year vehilce.

                              I, Gomati Ojha, owner of TATA VISTA QUADRAJET WB 34 AG/3966; which was damaged in a accident is laying in Work Shop of VTR Moters Kharagpur since November 2015. The Car was purchased from VTR Moters Kharagpur in October 2013.
                              Insurance company is United Inss CO. Midnapur Branch WB 3 years free Inss.(from VTR Moters).
                              Please help me in this case.
                              Now GM VTR Moters Kharagpur statement is that DL verification is pending so that Inss CO. Has not been made DO.
                              I am awaiting from 6 month for taking delivery of my Car. In this period, DL could not get verify. This is fully negligence from Inss. CO and VTR Moters. No body is serious in this matter because I am not firs person who's car has been accedented.
                              Please solve this problem as urgent basis.

                                I bought tata xenon crew cab, i saw in picture its nice pickup truck, when i bought there was 100psi air was in each tire, diesel was leaking from fuel injector, steering to left side only 40% vs right side, there is no accessories(Canopy, Bull bar also known as roll over bar, Site stepper, Bedliner ), i know this thing dosnt come with, but i want buy but dealer told us have to go to Jaipur, dealer said they cant provide on pre order in uttar parades, calling on costumer care they always hangup on me or giving me new number to call on that number, , , , , , , , ,
                                I WENT INDIA FOR THREE MONTH TO VISIT AND WAITED FOR TWO MONTH TO GET DELIVERED THEN DRIVING WITHOUT FOOT STEP////

                                  I bought a car( m.H 12 kn 4538) from tata(National automobile pune ) in june 2015 till than i m having very issues with my car i complain more than 5 times every time complain got resolved without resolving and having me in the loop i never got any resolution.. There was a battery problem showroom and service center refuse to help me and i continuously faced many problem i m fed up with this car though this car is still in warranty but every time i was charged more than 5000 rupees i have almost spent 50000 in a year when car is in warranty. On 16.04.2016 my car showed check engine warning so i went to national auto service center and they charged me of 9000 to do servicing and all, but today again same problem i also file a complain 1-[protected] in customer care i need my car good with compensation of my loss and manipulating me. Otherwise i will go to court and file a case against you.

                                    But one day clutch plate r gone
                                    Then i go my local tata motors service center to solve it, everything is fine but
                                    After that i am having a big problem
                                    My car hesitate on traffic, jerking and accelarate slow or down when reaccelarated, i am wasted my money many times on service center, you can check my service result and problems, i spend more than 60 thousand rs for solve it, but nothing happen, i m giving my car to lexican motors for 2 months, then they tell me problem solved, they charged also 10 thousand rs, but again the same problem, very bad experience with me
                                    I am collecting every information, scanned copy of service bill in service centers of tata motors, now i wanted to take action against it, because i am very disappointed, wasted money without geting any result, no more hope from tata motors, if you cant detect problems, cant aolve it after charging money then why are you making cars :(

                                    Today i come with my car to Lexican motors, they check it, petrol pump chnged, fuel line wash, and tanki also, then they test drive for it, again the same thing, problem are still there, then they tell me to submit my car, whats going on there man??? this is the more than 10th time i m coming with my car here for the same problem, i m going siliguri also one time for recover this problem, bit its enough, i spend my lots of money for this particular problem, today agai they say me to submit my car, but after whatever they done i have to pay, all time i pay them only but no matter my problem r still there or not, very disapointed, never expect from Tata like dis after wasted my money :(

                                        I have a tata indica car from last 10 year but new car has a problem of heating in ac mode i have shown the car in serivce centre but problem has not slove till now not only mine but i have seen in many of friend having same problem . i think u will slove the problem of every one
