Tata Motors — Tata Motors Tata Nexon - Delay in delivery (8 Weeks) | |||
Hi, We are extremely disappointed from "Tata Motors Delhi" (Dealership from Autovikas Rajapuri Delhi). I have booked car on 12th August 2020 and were promised to get the delivery on or before 28th of August 2020, but we are in 8th week and till now Tata Motors didn't deliver the car. Several mails and calls has been exchanged with TSM and RSM of Tata motors Delhi, but they failed to provide us with the delivery date. We were assured multiple times from Tata motors officials that car will get allocate in next 2 or 3 days but still the car hasn't been allocated. They still have no idea when the car is going to be allocated. As a company Tata motors does have a customer complain call centre but it's for name sake, when ever we call they are asking us to call either TSM or RSM or Dealer and hanging the call in between without any resolutions. Our loan is sanctioned last month at the rate of 7.35% and if ROI increased by even 0.5%, will Tata motors give us the increased amount. We wanted to gift the car to my father on the special occasion, which is in a week time but there no scope of the car to get delivered as it has not been allocated yet. I believed in Tata motors but this incident made me disappointed and I'm loosing my trust in Tata motors. Is this how Tata motors treat their customer's, because I'm worried about after sales service as well.
