Tata Motors — Tata nano twist | |||||
Dear Sir, I purchased Tata Nano Twist XT from Concorde Motors(India) Ltd, A-31, Mohan Co-op Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 07 Nov 15 VIDE THEIR CRN:CR[protected] dated 07 Nov 2015. I was given only one ignition key of the ca stating that only one ignition comes alongwith the new car. Despite my repeated asking from Mr Rakesh Roushan Srivastava( Customer Advisor) & Mr Dharmendra, Incharge Show Room, second key was not given. When I insisted, I was told to check during first service. When I contacted them again during first service, the showroom maintained same stance. However on checking from various Nano car owners, Ms Madhuri (CRO at Mathura Road), Mr HNSingh at Mathura Road Workshop, it was told that I should have been given two ignition keys. I was advised to contact Ms Garima, CRM at M-10, South Extn Part- II, New Delhi office. On contacting Ms Garima, she also misguided me that only one ignition key comes from factory with new car. However on 24 Nov 16, when I confronted her with the reply received from their CRO Ms Madhuri & others at Mathura Road Workshop, she said that she would come back to me in two hours which she did not do. Thereafter I had been calling her repeatedly on her mobile No and also tried calling her through the receptionists at South Ex office including leaving many messages to answer my query, she has not bothered to speak to me. It clearly proves that they have faltered by providing me with only one ignition key. It is sincerely requested that action be taken adainst defauter Dealer as they are bringing bad name to your fine Organisation known for its professionalism & customer satisfaction. Also arrangements may please be made for issue of second ignition key. I would also like to submit here that there was a sctatch card offer with the car which was not given to me on delivery. On pestering Mr Rajesh telephonically, the same was given to me after a week of the delivery. I had won Rs 2000/- through this scratch card offer which took me 4-5 months to realise.This too only became possible by atleast 15-20 calls to the Dealer. This speaks very poorly of your dealer who would not like to pass on a meager sum of Rs 2000/- also to the customer. A quick settlement of my complaint is requested please.
