Tata Motors — tata nexon booking refund by derik motors trivandrum | |||
I had booked a tata necon xma grey from derik motors trivandrum on 8th august 2020. They forced me to pay the booking amount atleast partially on the day and full booking amount of 11000 was taken from me on 10th. The promised date of delivery of car was 21st august. After receiving no response afterwards. I contacted the sales executive and she started saying corona vehicle availability issues etc.. Which was present at the time of booking as well. Then on 22 nd august when i contacted sales executive she transferred me to her manager who told me that he cannot commit any date when i will be receiving the car. So i asked for a full refund. He said the refund will be provided in 3 days. Then on the 3rd day he stopped picking my calls. So i contacted the sales executive she said wait for 7 days and gave me the crm vipin chandrans number. He said due to holidays there is a delay and you will receive refund in 2 to 3 days. When i contacted again he said i will get the next day because of containment zone. Now he stopped picking my calls. What should i be doing in this scenario. If my complaint is not answered my next option is to go to the nearest police station as all my funds have been through accounts so i have all the proofs. Was this information helpful? | |||
