Tata Motors — tata nexon-xm - front glass shield crack developed, engine coolant line issue | |||
Dear tata motors team, I have purchased tata-nexon xm on december'18 and recently i have seen a crack developed on my front glass shield (Without impact of any material). Contacted the agency where i received the reply "sir ye to garmi ki wajah se hua hai" (Means all the cars standing in sunlight must get crack then - which is not the real situation). And 2 days back my car's rpm meter was showing overheating alarm and car stopped as it should be, after inspecting the same it was revealed that coolant tank was emptied and the pipe of connection of coolant was popped out (May be due to swelling of the pipe or some loose connection of the same). My concern: A) how the issue of the glass shield crack can be resolved as in future it may break while running and can cause serious injury to the people sitting inside which will not be in line with nexon image as it has been given 5 stars for safety concern. B) loose connection of the pipes/ swelling of the pipes is shocking at such early stage of car life which may cause fire in worst case scenario. I hope that my above queries would be taken up on high priority and concrete solution is provided to resolve my concern as early as possible. Being very high faith in tata motors, i expect resolving of my mentioned issues at the earliest. Waiting for a concern quick response. Total distance travelled is 3.5k kms.
