Tata Motors — Tata zest car post sale service issue | |||||
I have bought tata zest XT petrol on 8th Oct 2016. Just after 10 days front right tyre air inlet nozzle was found leaking when I went for air pressure check. I had changed that one. Then I took my car to sagar motor, Noida from I bought car. There service manager had not listened to me and said it could be happen due to many reason and it is your fault. After this I again visited to this show room and requested Service GM to look into this.On that time also they said me to contact Bridgestone tyre shopee. Another issue for that I took my car three times to showroom is noise from roof. Last time after there servicing I am feeling more noise from roof and from body also. Overall I visited 3 times to showroom called many times and also received call for the feedback. I used to ask to share my complain no but except last time they never shared me that one also. In conclusion I feel the service of tata motors specially SAGAR MOTOR is very poor they do not listen voice of customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
