Tata Motors — tata zest xms car

I am having tata moters zest xms. I send my car to chambal moters for servicing but when i get delivery of my car nothing is to done in car not cleaning not serving and also not to solved my problem of colling fan and when i raise an complain this issue to customer care they say to me that my complain status shows closed. My old complain number is 1-[protected] and new is [protected]. Plz help me out my number is [protected]. My car is still in showroom.
