I am a retired army colonel and had recently placed my First Order with Tata Cliq for 4 Nos of - Duralex 'Freshbox' Transparent & Green Glass 20 cm Container With Lid (2 L) on 16 Dec 2022 and paid Rs 3, 666 /- for all 4 (Order was converted by App into two orders of Sets of 2 each).
On 18 I received one package with my name on it, but on opening instead of 2 Freshbox, there was a box having 6 glasses. The Chit inside was in name of Chaitanya Sharma with address of Sarita Vihar Delhi. Both packages ( 2 set each) are showing delivered since that day.
I raised issue in App of not receipt on 1 package and wrong items in second package along with photos as proof. Since then for the last 10 days I have been calling Customer Care and have spoken to so many persons regarding my problem. I am told that issue will be taken up with supplier and amount for 1 package refunded after that and second package item would be collected back and then refunded.
Since then twice person has come to collect glasses package but each time rejects return due to Item Mismatch from Order. All my efforts to explain that wrong item had come is of no use.
This has been my experience with tata Cliq where I am a First time User and Situation today after 12 days is as follows :-
(a) My Rs 3, 666 /- is with Tata Cliq. In return I have with me 6 glasses which I never ordered (order of some other customer Chaitanya Sharma). Not being returned and Full Refund of Rs 3, 666 /- still pending
(b) My Complaint in App is showing status Resolved ( inspite of telling Customer care to keep it Open). Have got tired calling them many times and am given false assurances that wrong item would be got refunded and amount returned. Was this information helpful? |
