Tata Nano — a/c compressor kit parts not supply to service centre

I have given my car no. Gj05jf 7710 to service centre of surat for repair. That order for parts vide order no. [protected]/dtd.27/09/2017 by jalaram automobiles, surat still you have not supplied to service station, therefore they are unable to repair my car. Model tata nano chesis no. Mat612354dkj13537. Please supply the material as an earliest.
